IT was good slow on the ship times, and slow to respond to my message that I left to find out where the status of my shipment was, but other than that it was good.
The product I purchased did not fit- was too small for the gear shift. I called and spoke with customer service about an exchange for the larger size. Was told he would have to contact the vendor and call me back. Have not heard to date about the result.

Answer: I had absolutely no problems getting through to Raney's customer service! First couple of rings they answered and were very knowledgeable! Make sure you call them during business hours and make sure you no what time zone there in! Every business gets busy from time to time so you might have to wait your turn in line! But for me I never had to wait!
