Wrong size cap
I ordered 8 different things. 7/8 I was very satisfied with as far as "as advertised". The only thing that was a little disappointing is my aluminum hose rack has no hooks or loops for securing the hoses. Sure I can secure a strap around the support of the hoses, but there's no way to keep the straps from sliding down over the road hundreds or thousands of miles. Also the tray same problem, no slots or loops for straps or bungee cords. Maybe add an option for an aluminum welded weatherproof storage for hose fittings etc. Also tracking through much of what was delivered is VERY vague I didn't know description/weight of most packages so I didn't know what was coming, my 400lb grill guard or a 1.5lb box of whatever. Also, I couldn't use all my points last year because I wanted a couple pair of free gloves that were out of stock! There was nothing else I wanted besides the train horns and a few pairs of free gloves. The train horns are nice snd recieved in timly manner, but after spending over 5k on things, having all those points are worthless cause your free stuff was out of stock!

Answer: I had absolutely no problems getting through to Raney's customer service! First couple of rings they answered and were very knowledgeable! Make sure you call them during business hours and make sure you no what time zone there in! Every business gets busy from time to time so you might have to wait your turn in line! But for me I never had to wait!
