Trouble using Paypal...the system was stuck in a loop. Took time to order. Finally ordered from the dealer.
Took awhile to get, they are great lights. One bulb is out, already installed dont really want to wait another month to send in and wait for another.

Answer: I had absolutely no problems getting through to Raney's customer service! First couple of rings they answered and were very knowledgeable! Make sure you call them during business hours and make sure you no what time zone there in! Every business gets busy from time to time so you might have to wait your turn in line! But for me I never had to wait!
