I am happy with the product, however I am less than impressed by the consistency of product availability. I have attempted to order the same item several times only to have to order something slightly different. This causes some issue with our BOM for manufacturing processes. Beyond that I have not had any significant issues that cause manufacturing stoppages or delays.
Searched and found product with no problems had several to choose from with 1 and 2 year warranty. I choose the one with 2 yr warranty as a replacement for my dead unit..
