Overall my experience was great. Had a slight mix up on the Fox shocks i ordered but i got the wrong ones sent back and the correct shocks were shipped out and at my place of business in a timely manner. Other then that i have always had good luck with Raneys and their products and timely shipping and all things ordered arriving on time and correctly the first time.
