The product I purchased did not fit- was too small for the gear shift. I called and spoke with customer service about an exchange for the larger size. Was told he would have to contact the vendor and call me back. Have not heard to date about the result.
Was very pleased with the online shopping experience found all parts I was looking for and everything was pretty well detailed so I knew if the parts would fit my truck or not. The rewards program was also very nice.
We did receive part of our order, the floor mats have not even shipped yet and when we checked on them they said they would be here last week. I just checked on them again and they still haven't shipped
Over all I'm very pleased with the site and products that I have bought in past. The only thing that had me wanting to switch to Iowa 80 was about a month ago I received a email about (apology/free shipping) and I wasn't able to use. I wasn't pleased at all but I'll give you guys one more shot to see if the shipping had gotten better
Simple to locate the part needed, simple to order and delivery was very quick.
Good products. I do think the shipping is a little high. Would like to see Reyneys do a free shipping if you buy a certain dollar amount like other chrome shops do.

I bought the headlight for my 8600 international. All pictures showed the set of lights but only the driverside came. I read the fine print and realize I only ordered the driverside. Dont post pictures of both in the ad then. Makes things confusing and borderline manipulative. My mistake though. Lesson learned
Shipping is always an arm and a leg. I ordered some led bulbs over a month ago, when I first ordered them it said they were in stock. Come to find out they're out of stock after I bought them. It's been over a month and I barely received 2 out of 4.
Products purchased were good, but I was really impressed with their great customer service. I was charged shipping initially and I wasn't too thrilled about that. But they immediately got back to me and promptly gave me even more credit/refund than the shipping cost. That's what I call great customer care. Keep up the good work!

Had concerns when an order did not ship after a few days. Called customer service and after they checked the part had just arrived the the previous night and was set to be shipped. Needing the part asap I asked about faster shipping option and the wonderful folks at Raney's changed my shipping option and for just a few bucks I got my part the next day. Really like the service and the pricing here and I will continue to give them my business as often as I can.
They are great but the only thing I dislike about ordering is it never accepts my physical address and I even leave a note of that on my order form as well so I have to end up using my PO Box and it delays shipping time. I have been getting UPS and Fedex for years at my address my suggestion would be to better update your system. Thank you

I have ordered a tshirt, LED projection headlights, bumper guides, and a weather front for my husband's truck so far and he couldn't be happier with the products. And the shipping is always really fast. I can't wait to order again.
Was not happy with the product. Partly my fault. I selected the correct make and model of truck, and the silhouette of the seat on the webpage looked correct. I would suggest requiring more info at product selection to ensure seat cover is applicable to that model and a disclaimer such as "this seat cover will not work with an air-ride seat". As it was, the bottom did not fit snugly and a bunch of seat controls were covered up. I would not reorder this product in the future.
Raney customer service staff is friendly and cordial. But I wouldn't know this if I wouldn't have had to call them to find out what was going on with my order. Fed Ex tracking said my order was shipped to Wisconsin. I live in California. When I called Raney they said they don't even use Fed Ex. I was given the wrong tracking #. By the time they called me back the next day my order had already been delivered to the proper location. Not sure what happened with all that but I'm happy I received my order.
Answer: I had absolutely no problems getting through to Raney's customer service! First couple of rings they answered and were very knowledgeable! Make sure you call them during business hours and make sure you no what time zone there in! Every business gets busy from time to time so you might have to wait your turn in line! But for me I never had to wait!
