I was shopping in your Exton Pa. Store today. While there, I saw and heard a male talk to two separate women like they where complete morons, literally 10 ft from me. I would never speak to any person like that, let alone an employee. So I go on their website to find this manager of the store and find out it is the COO of the entire company, and the women are the manager and assistant. Manager. I walked out of the store because it made me sick. No one should ever be spoken to like that. I am amazed that a company I love to shop at would employ such an ignorant person. If there are issues within, it should not be handled in front of customers.
Rally house is in my guess the worse possible run franchise There is on the planet. 1 no military discount. Not that us Vets beg or want hand outs we don't. However it would be nice if a company honored veterans which they do not. Without veterans their would be no rally house period. 2 customer service is horrendous. When u order on line one cannot get instant credit takes 4 days to receive payment.cannot order in the store. We put people on the battle field but can't order a shirt in the store. How can other veterans enjoy such a discredit to them and pa.
He rang up my t- shirts and the was pretty much it. There was no small talk, or whether I found what I came in for. The last time I was there, the salesperson didn't even want to take the time to help me find what I was searching for. I was looking for shirts that were titled alumni. This time another associate did help me. His name was Muncy. Other than him, it was not a great shopping experience. I will not be back. Your sales people should be nicer. They are not.
I placed an order in early December for a Detroit Red Wings shirt and my order arrived rather quickly. However, it wasn't even close to the correct item. I looked at the return section on their website and saw they deduct $7.99 from your refund when you make a return. Well, that's not exactly fair when they are the reason for the return. I did a live chat to see if I could get a full refund and was told I could return it for free and they would give me free shipping on my next order. I got the free shipping email but never got an email with the return label. I did another chat 4 days later and again asked if I would be penalized $7.99 for their mistake and again was told I would not and the return would be free. A few days after sending my package back I had an email that I had been refunded. And you guessed it, they deducted $7.99 from my refund. So basically they charged for wasting my time. This was my first and last time ordering from this place.
I will NEVER AGAIN order from this company. I ordered an item on 12/12/2023; it processed on 12/13.
The item DID NOT SHIP until 12/21...and will not be delivered until DECEMBER 28th? Paying a FLAT FEE of $8 for shipping SHOULD get it here within three days.
Their website did have a disclaimer blaming the delivery service for delays, but my opinion will stand that the slow processing on their part is the problem.
Their customer service is less than POOR. I went through their chat system and was told they would respond within three hours. I waited seven and then received a bot response that the message was in the queue. I never received a response until today saying the item had shipped

I ordered a Washington Redskins 3D stadium plaque and received a Washington Commanders version. I realize there was a name change, but their site specifically listed the plaque as a Redskins version and nowhere on the site did it state "due to the recent name change we will only send a Commanders version" I called and left a voicemail with no response. I emailed them, with no response, and used their website's Chat feature and was told I would here something soon, now it's been over a week with no luck.

Dont ever buy online from Rally House. I ordered a Large and they sent me a XXL. I returned it to the store but the store cant refund shipping since it was an online purchase. They told me to call customer service and they would refund it no problem. Well customer service said I needed to send them a picture of proof that they sent me the wrong size. Duh the shirt is in the store now, and they have the proof. After a 15 minute phone call talking to managers, they still said I wasnt getting my $7.99 back from their own mistake. So they stole $8 from me and I dont even have the shirt that I wanted.
Extremely disappointed that I had to pay the price increase between the time of a December Christmas gift purchase and an exchange in early February for the EXACT SAME SHIRT (swapping a medium for a large). I even called customer service and they said this was their policy. POOR POLICY!
I have ordered from them three times. One time I shipped to store and the other two came to my house - all were extremely fast with reasonable shipping charges. I mean, even during the holidays, I was stunned at how fast it arrived. For being licensed products, there are great deals, a wide variety and a very user-friendly website
I ordered and paid expedited shipping and got a confirmation. Next email says they are out of the 1/2 of my order that is on sale but the full priced items have shipped. Great. I don't need 1/2 of my order, I need all of it. So now I have 1/2 of an order coming and I have to deal with a return. So thanks for the chore Rally House, you suck.
I really never give bad reviews. I tend to just move on, but this did it for me. I ordered a yard sign for my soon to be college freshman. Weeks later, it still hadn't shipped, so I called and cancelled it and would order elsewhere. I didn't receive an email or refund, so I called again. The guy I spoke with tried to talk me out of cancelling (so obviously the first rep did not cancel it) and assured me it would ship soon. No he didn't cancel it either. The next day I received a shipping notification. Looked and still not cancelled. 3 days later I receive the yard sign. It's crushed in the box, half-assed printed, colors ran on the cardboard, missing letters and a printer tread mark all across the entire front of it. I'm ticked and telling you, this company has so many bad reviews, I should have gone elsewhere.
Rally House is DISHONEST. The apparel on their website looks nice and something you would wear. What is delivered is completely different. Think CRAP. Think the cheapest cotton you can imagine and would never wear. My shirts came from the sweatshops of Mexico, Peru, and Pakistan, yes, those MECCAs of retail quality. What a waste of money. It's hard to believe that they would have any repeat customers. You have been warned.
I was at ralley house in Overland Park Kansas and I saw a worker named Zach vaping secretly around the store and was very disrespectful and had no interest in helping me and my family. He set a bad example for my children and when I got in the car they asked why there was smoke coming out his mouth. This is just absurd
Placed an order online. The next day they send an email saying they canceled my order and that the item was out of stock. No reach out to see if I would take a different color or design.
I called customer service and they were rude and unhelpful. Said I would I would have to place a new order that would not ship out until Monday?
No way to call, made to text or chat but no one responds to chat or texts. No way to get tracking on my package. Ordered 12/3, still not here and almost Christmas. NEVER AGAIN
