Hi, I didn't receive my big fat check which I suppose to at all. Tried to contact you by email. But got no response for days.

It was so easy to purchase with Rakuten. Can't beat the perks. I am a new customer and have used it at restaurants and retail stores.

I've been an Ebates, now Rakuten, member for quite a few years. So far things haven't changed. It's nice to get a check every few months.

The service officer has a quick reply and positive answer to sending me another check because the name on my last check is not completely right.

Rakuten has great products and very fast shipping! I have been using Rakuten for several years now, I would not know how to improve this site.

Ebates is awesome- its basically getting paid to shop!

Hey I know its not a lot but why would you say no to a free money. Besides all it takes is not install an add on on your browser. Easy!

Very easy to use. Get rebates on products you buy and save a lot of money. Every 3 months they mail you a rebate check so you can do more shopping...

I love all the stores I get cash back from. I'm sure more will be added. Just one click and you are in the money...

I had some issues related to being new at this and not quite understanding the process. These were resolved quickly and to my complete satisfaction!

Easy to use, I've earned $388.43 back just for shopping online and clicking on the link within the Rakuten link. Customer support is also GREAT!

I use this site a lot, but don't really get anything for doing so.
I even used it for big purchases and got nothing back.

I have been using the older named app for years. Can't beat it. I've saved over $1000 and I am on the way to $2000.

They will be a great add on a extension to my browser if the app would automatically pop up when shopping at a participating store

Good, covers most site I visit. Like saving money. Will continue to use when shopping on line. I dont have any thing else to say.

So very easy to go to ebates.com but this new name is beyond me. Can not remember it. Why did you ever change it as it makes no sense whatsoever.
