I always get my email responses very fast from Rakuten. Rebate checks arrive on time. Rakuten provides great customer services.

I needed help changing the email address on my account and got a reply that it was taken care of within about 2 minutes of sending the request.

I ordered a sub woofer and they sent me a Purse!
Called the purse company they said they received the order from Rakuten and that this was not the first time this happened where somebody ordered electronics and received a purse
Total scam. Heres the kicker after multiple emails and call NO SUBWOOFER AVALIBLE AT THAT PRICE. STAY AWAY!

I'd love to see more craft sites here. More than just clothing, really. I work from home and just don't go through a lot of clothes anymore!

Service is great. The returns are great. It's just solid. I've been using them for a few years and have gotten about $13,000+ back. It's good stuff

I`m fine getting in touch with them for over a year. Had different situations some of which were solved by the support, which is also a plus.

Ebates/Rakuten is great. Easy to use and not many issues with not getting paid. (It has happened but they have a good process to request your credit)

Have used ebates and now Rakuten for years and usually have no issues when it comes to rebates owed or asking why i haven't been credited yet.

I love being notified of a merchants participation when I go to their site, and feel that Rakuten is great about keeping me informed of the process.

Every business could take a lesson from eBates. Polite, responsive, helpful. Wish I could have found this service sooner!

Excellent benefits for using Rakuten. How can you "not" use it? Gives you back money on normal everyday purchases.
