I am always impressed by Ebates and I have never had an issue in getting my cash back. If there is ever any question about a rebate that I did not receive, I contact customer care and they have always taken very good care of me. Their representatives are very professional and helpful.

Frauds and fake

I didn't know that the big name is really short in purpose.
Rakuten surveys as also known as Rakuten Insight surveys really cheat people mentioning big points, but only used to give one point all the time after completion of surveys. That means when one would reach the redemption of point qualification, nobody knows. One should applause Rakuten for continuously sending surveys with big points mentioned that anyone would love to have but all fake.
It's better to get rid of such surveys rather wasting time here.

Excellent!

The customer service is amazing. I had an expired check and within a day, I received a response from Ebates saying they would issue me a new one, gave me the exact date it would be issued, and also reminded me of my other checks expiration date as that was coming up! Tiffany was the gal who helped me and she was so nice and fast at responding!

Absolutely excellent

Noticed that I had not received my check from 2/15, so emailed Customer Service. Less than an hour later, received a response from Ebates Rep. Tiffany, who asked to confirm my email address. Almost immediately after I gave this information, got the response that the funds would be placed in my Paypal account, as requested. This is the fastest customer service I have received from any company, ever.

Ebates Rock!

I noticed after shopping almost every day at an online store that advertises Ebates cash back, I was not getting any notice of cash back to my account from that particular store. I contacted Ebates about the matter thinking nothing would come of it. Well, customer service agent Alexis reassured me they would look into it and explained the process very simply. In minutes I was receiving emails from Ebates saying the store had not sent them notice of my purchases but not wanting me to wait Ebates was adding my cash back to my account immediately... can you believe that? I am so impressed with their services. Now I shop confidently knowing they have my back and I am saving a ton of money too. Love you Ebates!

Great customer service!

I was having an issue with understanding my cash back and sign up gift card. So I sent an email to customer service at Ebates. To my surprise within minutes I had a reply. Very user friendly website. Deals are great and customer service is top notch. I've used (tried) other cash back sites and they were nothing but a hassle. Ebates is easy. Great Company

I have ordered from Rakuten many, many times over the past years. They offer great sales prices with free shipping and the orders usually arrive within 2-3 days. I have only had to contact customer service once and they took care of my problem immediately. I will continue shopping with them as long as they continue offering such great deals and quality products.

Ebates.com is awesome!

I'm not very computer savvy and I don't know how to do a lot of things so when I was placing an order with Amazon I forgot to go through Ebates.com first and afterward I thought I'd missed out on my rebate but when I contacted the customer service department they were very helpful and kind. When a person is disabled they appreciate any little savings they can get, so I a big thanks to the helpful customer service staff at Ebates.com!

Cheated me!
June 8, 2018

I purchased a computer through one of their stores and should have received an 8% rebate. Ebates has denied it stating that I used some other coupon code, coupon or reward link in addition to Ebates. That is flat out wrong. I have never had any problem with ebates until this large rebate. I am done being a customer. It is a scam.

Zero customer service

Zero customer service. No e-mail or interface with them, although they send you a lot of e-mails, mainly after the fact. I went to the french site, ordered a book. They charged my card. Then 2 days later, they said we're sorry, the seller cancelled. They said but you haven't been charged! But I had been. I am dealing with that, and the fact that they are overseas with ZERO customer service contacts. Crap. Hate the layout, hate the experience, now have a problem on my hands. Before ordering this round, they had also pulled this before, processing the order, then it was unavailable; only this time my card was debited.
Not emotional, but I think I can honestly say stay away. Shop elsewhere.

I made a purchase through Ebates.com that I did not see listed in my account. I completed the online form to request an inquiry and I received a response within 2 days. I provided some additional information and the customer service representative immediately responded again and credited my account with the purchase although they had not yet heard from the retailer regarding my order. The representative was timely, addressed my concerns and solved the problem without my having to jump through hoops. Excellent customer service!

I love Ebates!

I have nothing but good things to say about ebates. This is the only cash back site I use. It is simple and to the point. They have great deals and I appreciate how often they update deals or give bonus cash back. If there is ever an instance where my activity doesn't load or is incorrect, they fix it ASAP. All interactions with customer service have been excellent. I will continue to use Ebates as well as share it with my friends and family!

EXcellent customer service

I had forgotten I had received, not 1 but 2 big fat checks. By the time I found the first one it had expired and I lost the second one. I contacted customer service at 6pm on a Thursday night and 20 min later I had an email from an actual person (in addition to the automatic reply) saying they were working on it. By the next morning my issue was resolved. This is another reason why I will always use ebates and recommend them to everyone I know! Thank you!

Adding cash back after my shopping trip

I know I used e-bates on my Omaha Steak shopping trip, but it didn't show up in my account activity. Karen told me to send her all the information concerning my purchase, which I did, and she added the cash to my account almost immediately. I thought that was terrific customer service. Still loving buy.com right now. They have a pretty good selection and I'm never disappointed in what they do. I've talked to their customer service about returning some items and they never had a problem with me. Hopefully everyone had a good run with them or they can assist you on fixing your conflicts.
