I had ordered food for my parents and they were travelling over a night. Food is not delivered and my old aged parents had to travel without food whole night in other state.And we got notification that food is delivered this is more ridiculous.This is worst experience which we have ever faced.

Very bad service, Order was accepted by vendor also done multiple followup with railrestro customer support still food was not delivered.
Called customer care they were not supportive and told they cannot do anything and told to refund money between 5 to 7 days but still after 8 day I did not recieve my money.
Do not rely on their service if you are too hungry, Keep your alternative with you.

During lockdown, when everything was almost vanished, i got good food to share with my family in the train. I found this as a grateful appreciation to complement over Railrestro team.

Sir we ordered food in Pune made online payment of 561.75, but while delivering food the person asked to pay for food at that time I was not there, my father paid again 561. I call customer care more than 6 times and online chat no responsibility, also made what's upand normal message still no responsibility. Travel date 03/08/2021. Train number 2497,.

But I ordered Food more than 8 Hours prior to the Akola Station then How Come Short Time?

I will order food in train on 07/08/2019 and food quality is best but next on same day at evening railrestrow will call me and said pls order ur food for dinner, and I am ordered. But food quality, quantity, and order menu who I will order will not be delivered as same. It will be different quality will be delivered. Delivered food quality is very cheap, poor and dirty. I will never order on online with railrestrow call. I will suggest for all people who ordered on call with railrestrow pls don't give any order on call, you will order with self through online with railrestrow website direct, choose ur choice of food and ordered.

Railrestro is the most irresponsible company ever. I ordered food at 7.44pm(prepaid), to be delivered at Gooty station at 8.30pm. Didn't receive the food. Called 25-30 times no satisfactory response. Manager sleeping at home, I'm suffering here. Have to wait for 24 hours to talk to manager. Have to wait for 3-5 working days for refund. You can't deliver at next station. Do you believe in cust. Satisfaction? One agent said out of 10, we can't deliver 2 orders on a daily basis. 20% missed orders & u call yourself a company? Agents are disconnecting phone on my face. There is no one on the floor who can handle my concern. Had it been any other country the company would have to regret this but this is India my friend. There is no such thing called cust. Service, satisfaction, cust. Value, timeliness. IndianRailways please do no allow such frauds for food delivery in train. These guys do not respond after getting money. There were 3 other people who received food bcz it was COD. Order no. *******
