I ordered a definite purpose contactor. I received the item and it looks good. It was well packaged. The main reason why I am leaving this review is because I was delightfully surprised with what I also received with my order. My girls were happy to see my package came with candy! We received a small, sealed bag of candy. It doesn't need to cost much to go above and beyond. What a great way to help ensure customers are happy with their purchase. Way to go Radwell!
Bought a "refurbished" Allen Bradley plc module (paid extra for "refurbished" over used, paid extra for two day shipping). Unit arrives ten days later and immediately displays a critical error fault, non-recoverable. Bought on online store, never got an order confirmation or tracking info. Return was a time consuming nightmare but finally got an rma and paid to ship it back, a few weeks later it finds it's way back to my desk. Many phone calls and emails later, I was told that more than 30 days had passed and it could not be returned for credit so they "repaired " it and returned to me. Put it on a network and dead on arrival. Rather than try to waste any time with them, I find myself writing this review. Wish I had my $719 back. Buy at your own risk.

I bought several units on ebay for considerably less money and they all worked
Radwell puts incorrect images of products online, then refuses to return the product when you inevitably order the wrong product. Absolutely disgusting way to perform business by deceiving their customers and not standing by the product they put on their website. I highly recommend literally any other vendor available to you then stoop to having to order from this deceitful business. Never again...

Purchased the correct product from another site.
Purchased 3 items in 2022 and 2023
The first order received in 2022 only contained candies, brochures and bubble wraps
Contacting the seller and complained about it --> they shipped the second package
That one contained candies, brochures and bubble wraps too (nothing else)
Ordered another item in 2023, they sent a wrong part number and now I have to return and request for a refund
TERRIBLE... I don't know who they have working at Radwell, but their experts are INCOMPETENT. They need to learn to TEST the garbage they send out... Absolutely USELESS.
Tip for consumers:
Their repair staff is INCOMPETENT.

I've had the misfortune of dealing with Radwell twice. On both occasions the demonstrated nothing short of total incompetence. Deal with this company at your own risk; the likely hood of getting exactly what you paid for is low. A bunch of excuses with no suggested resolution is likely. At lest they include a handful of peppermints and tootsie rolls with their industrial items for some reason; is this supposed to distract from the fact that they can't get an order right?! I'm seriously surprised this place is still in business but they won't be getting my business anymore. I can't over emphasize just how incompetent these people are, stay far away!
They listed an SEL power supply as like new at exact same price as direct form manufacturer.
When arrived it had graffiti and was missing a fuse and case was pretty beat up and scratched up.
Would avoid unless you're desperate.
Should have bought from the manufacturer.
They advertised the capability to repair one of my failed Honeywell pressure sensors. Shipped to them. About a week later, they sent an email that they couldn't repair and didn't have any refurbished parts, despite listing that option on the original quote. Asked if I wanted my part back, I replied that I did, and paid return shipping charges. When I received the package from them, it contains some unidentified piece of junk, not my sensor. After multiple emails to them (each time a different "person" responded), I finally received my part back. OK, so I won't use them again.
Then, starting about 3 months after that, I start to receive dunning emails with attached invoices for "unpaid" shipping charges (to return my part which I already paid return shipping on). Got another one today, a full year later. Reporting them to BBB and FTC. I took a chance on them and lived to regret it. Don't you do the same.
I had really bad experience trying to even get a price with them, the sales person was Peggy Dougherty. Not only she was very rude talking, she took for ever to answer, called always voice mail. I don't know what the management of that company is doing. We would never do business with them.
Tip for consumers:
use them only as a last resource. That's my experience. people don't want to work there.

The price that you see could be 50% less than the actual price that they will charge. Avoid this company at all cost! At least until they honor their listed pricing.
They are false advertisers.
Tip for consumers:
Either avoid them or request actual pricing. Because the post incorrect prices for items.

Not from them. They advertised improperly.
They operate at one speed... slow. I have been using them as a source since 2013. And, unless you pay expedite fee, you will have to wait longer than any other supplier. If it is something they have on the shelf why wouldn't it ship out the same day? Hit and miss on weather the part you order actually works. I have had problems more than once with ordering, excessive wait times and getting parts shipped to me that are broken. Like I said, last ditch effort. They have, in the past, provided obsolete parts that I could not locate anywhere else. But usually if I am looking for parts at radwell, the machine I am working on is heading for the boneyard anyway.
You have to do all the work to sell your automation stock to radwell! They would not send any staff to assess the large amount of valuable parts, they want you to send all your parts to them to value and if you don't like the valuations you have to pay to get them back plus pay them the labour for the valuation total rubbish service and rude staff steer clear at all costs
We ordered a Fire panel replacement board from them after waiting a month for what we were told would take 2 weeks to arrive I received an email stating they could not get it but they have a different used damaged item they could repair and send out. So right off the bat they start with a bait and switch tactics but when I tried to contact the sale rep he would not answer the phone or reply to emails I had call the main number to get any response at all. After finally getting ahold of the sale rep and confirming we still wanted the item we were told it would take another month to get it. After waiting more then a month no surprise nothing arrived and no updates are ever provided. Again I tried to contact the sales rep and again got no response and has to call and complain to the main office. Only to find out again they did not have what they sold us. Then then wanted us to send them are part for repair. End up ordering this part from ebay. Save yourself a headache and avoid this company they are a nightmare.

none they sell items they don't have
Radwell International will not provide a refund even for items not shipped. Look elsewhere for your needs.
Tip for consumers:
Buy from competitor company instead
Keep in mind they quote "Rush Repair" times and charge double to triple what a normal 1-2 week repair takes. After you send in the product and confirm the repair with them, they NEVER meet the repair time quoted and to cover their $#*!, they say "O we had to order parts, that's why we did not contact you for a week and a half on your 2 day rush repair that you should of have a week ago." So they lie about their lead times in order to get the order and make sure you are stuck using them, then they don't contact you about how the repair is delayed because 1. They either have not even started work on the unit like they should have or 2. They know you would cancel the order, and then they to cover their $#*! they use the "we had to order parts" as an excuse. This company is a joke.
Try to sell electric components to Radwell, but their offer is never what they give you and say items were not shipped to them when I shipped everything to them on their list.
Never sell to them us EBay or Marketplace you will get more money!
I checked a part number online. Called their support to confirm, and they claim "we gave it". Received part and guess what. Wrong part.
Called in November, regarding a purchase, was in stock when inquired, when called back to order no longer available. My fault for the delay, they then upsell say we can fix yours, sent it out in Dec, receive a notice saying I should have it back by end of January. I call every week to confirm we are still on track to get back. They say Yes, every time. I call the 31st after all truck deliveries are made no part. I call and ask they say Oh we haven't started but we will and get it to you in a week, Lie after lie. Now Feb I call looking for item they put a note in the file on the 9th saying oh we can't fix this. NEVER once have they communicated. I suggest you goes else where unless you are good with lies, deception, and misdirection.

Not a reputable company. Says they have stock but really do not. Even with eBay. They charge a $15 dollar fee on everything unless you buy on ebay and if they have it in stock.
I sent an entire pallet of electronics on a blind bid, 321 lbs. When I questioned why the payment was so low, they replied that they were overstocked on many of the items I sent. I'm like so, my understanding was if the part was good we'd get paid, if not good we wouldn't get paid, or the part back. So, apparently even if your part is good they don't pay you for it if they have a few on the shelf. Unfortunately for me I agreed upfront to accept their offer being a blind bid offer. I do recommend that if you have the knowledge to identify your parts and send them a list for bid first that you do so, that way you'll know upfront what your parts may be worth.
I have changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars for the following reason. I was looking through my prior emails and found that I purchased a part from Radwell in December 2020, and after paying they notified me that the part had some cosmetic damage and sent pictures to see if I still wanted the part. The part was acceptable and warranted for 2 years, in addition Radwell waived the same day rush fee.
If I'm going to write a review it should well represent my experience doing business with them.
I had a machine go down that we needed to get running ASAP. I found them by using a Google search. Called and they had a used one on the shelf but had to check it out first. Promised to ship the next day. Called the next day in the late afternoon and it has not shipped. They said will call you back with what's going on. No Call back. I called the following day and still no answer on what's going on. At that time I sent the original bad motor out to be repaired as back up due to getting no answer. 3rd day finally get answer. The shaft is bent and is going into machine shop to get fixed. Got the Motor 2 days later. Put it in and no work. Talked with local machine distributor and they suggested to send drive and motor to repair shop they use. Sent it out and Drive was bad and the motor they sold use was bad with bent shaft. Had both repaired and other repair shop. I call to see if they would cover the cost of the motor rebuild only. Representative called asked for the details and told me he would get back to me. One week no call back so I contacted via E-mail asking what's up. No call back. Call again leave message. Get call back telling me no and that the motor should have came back to them. I explained the machine had been 1-1/2 weeks down and I had 30 minutes to get it to the shipping company. They decided not to refund any of the repair cost to me. Between getting no answers and sending out a bad motor I will not use them again
I have used Radwell to find many hard to find and obsolete electronics. If they didn't have it, they were able to repair my PC boards for various industrial electronic controls and equipment. Their sales rep picked up the part to be repaired the same day in most instances. Lead time on the repairs was fast and they stood by the warranty. One item went out for repair and was back the very next day.
I needed a power supply. I found the ad for Radwell, found the part, and the price.
I called and talked with Miss M. K. She answered my questions, and I placed the order her.
The confirmation email gave me the impression, again, that Radwell is conscientious.
The part arrived as promised, in a box with a customized logo: impressive.
Packing: WOW. Excellent. Bubble wrap. Taping was smooth and centered.
Box: is new, not of recycled materials.
