Beware of this company especially if your trying to sell your inventory to them. On March 25, they sent me an offer, for 36 of the items for $1,777. I accepted the offer. On March 26, I was sent instruction on what I needed to do next, as far as shipping the items, and also to look over the PO to make sure it was 100% accurate. They do not ship items back so I needed to be sure that I did not miss anything and to make sure the offer was 100% accurate. April 8, I got an email with a list of items, that they had said had discrepancies, 10 items on this list. Along with their new offer which more than half off the offer.
I sent another email asking about the items listed with no explanation, I informed her that even with the discrepancies, I did not see the justification for the $1,000 taken off the original offer.
The next email she tells me the list of items with no explanation were not in the shipment. Also that a lot of the value came from these items, along with the condition downgrades and the part number changes. I replied to the email asking to please check again because I knew they were packed shipped. I also sent pictures of the items.
I did not hear back from her for the rest of the day, I sent an email the next morning asking them to resolve the issue as soon as possible but also I still did not see the justification for taking $1,000 off the offer.
Rodriguez sent me another email informing me that with the item downgrades the value changed accordingly, also inventory and sales history is what they were going by. She sent me 3 pics of the condition downgrades. She said she could offer $926. I replied that I guess I really had no choice but to take the offer.
The difference in pricing according to their website for those items, is just over $200. They took $1,000 off the table for that. They stand to make thousands of dollars off that entire shipment. Very deceptive very shady business practices, stooping to lying to cheat me is theft. #radwellinternational #badbusiness
