Placed order on the first of Dec
Have not received my shoes... today is the 10th?
Tracking indicates delivery on the 12th.
That's 12 days for Stateside delivery... Unacceptable for me.
I don't recommend Racquetworld nor do I intend to do future business with them.

Bought a racquet pay 230 for it and at the third time used it broke. Called, sent email and got a new one back, after a year the racquet broke again. A couple of friends that had them had the same issue, it broke. It was the Toron Ruben Gonzales Racquet. They should take it out of the bussiness, Not only because its 230 dol wasted but they are putting in danger people who use it.

Racketworld really has the hands down best return policy of any online store. It is hard to tell if a racket is going to feel right until you hit a few balls and being able to return a racket easily is the only way I would ever purchase a racket. Shop here if you ever need a new racketball racket and might want to try a couple before you settle on the model that works best for you.
