Quintess and their sister companies, sell accommodation for a far bigger price than the the owners.

They rent villas or apartments etc for a dumping prices from the owners, and sell it for more money than it cost at the owner in first place.

As a example, Quintess use third party Ltd companies to make deals, but they Quintess and sister companies sell, rent weeks to their members for a higher price than you would rent it directly over other non membership agencies or directly at the owners.
And it cost you much much more. You pay for membership and you pay more on rental. And it goes as this:
They agree with the owner to rent their property on longer time, and ask for a huge discount of some 40 % or so... almost in half from the owners regular price, BUT sell it for 20 or 30% higher price to the clients, than the owners they took property from and additionally: you have to be a member and pay for membership tens of thousand of dollars.

Avoid them and rent direct from regular agencies or the owner, and save money.
