Ordered coffee for a reasonable price and paid for it waited to get the order delivered for 2 days got a notice they cancelled my payment because they had a demand for the item and raised the price.
Stay away from this online service!
I am currently a small business owner of 2 companies. When I was younger I was an Officer Manager for bigger corporations and have used and loved Quill since then. They consistently have great prices and quick delivery of quality items. I have been using them for years and will continue to do so.
I wish will prices or a little bit cheaper and they should have more and better deals with the economy being how it is! Thank you for letting me give my opinion. All customers should be valued
They approved me for a net30 account but when i tried to checkout they said it wasnt approved now i dont have net30 and my terms are not approved
Always deliver two or three days after you order! Ordered on 12/3 and still do not have the order! Very inconsistent company! Their copy paper is more costly than most!
Worst customer service, customer service agent give wrong information, promises never met, delivery dates are all missed up and after you place the order, they change the delivery date and may be other terms and conditions, sorry if I give 1 star, I wish their would have been less than that

I will NOT be ordering from Quill again due to this.
(Not to mention after your club, coupons games and you trying to look low price you are not. For example 20 roll Scott tissue 4.00 more per pack than my local Walmart) Ridiculous!
We purchased a home printer, and our credit card was charged twice. We have been receiving a run around from Quill.com for 3 months attempting to receive a credit back. Lame excuses like they are going through a software upgrade just aren't cutting it. The product is great, and we have no complaints with it. We will not recommend them or ever do business with them again.
Ordered a gift card from them. Never received the PIN that was supposedly sent under a separate postal mail. Gift card was useless. Called to see if I could get the money onto the card and no one would help. Put the charges into dispute with the Visa card that it was ordered it on. Visa sided with me and refunded the purchase price to me. I am still getting threatening emails from Quill for the gift card that had no value. Finally after repeated calls someone supposedly resolved the situation. Today I got another threatening collection email. I am going to sue them for harassment at this point.
Honestly. The sentence examples are not helpful at all. My friend got it right the first time and Quill still marked it wrong and didn't even offer help to guide her to the right path. The look of the whole website is kind of ugly too. Thank you.
I get calls, emails for invoices that is not due yet. Many times i don't even get the invoice, as i have instructed them to send me a paper copy. I have been a customer since 1998. I have to say this is the worst year i have to deal with them. The A/R department is not the brightest tool. I told them many of the invoice is not due and that i should not be getting called and harassing emails. But they don't stop. Time to move to another provider
It said will be there in 3/4 days. So 4 day I called and they said they were looked by at my order because billing and shipping were different. Was never shipped so I canceled the order. Bad service. There reviews show there service
Web site will tell you if you spend a certain amount of money they will wave handling fees. Amount is removed on your cart bill but they add it back in on your your credit card final bill. Tried to cancel order and they refused to canel. Bait and switch rip off.
I recently looked to place an order with Quill to order some supplied for my office. I was denied the opportunity to have an invoice because one not ordering for a while. I did not know you have to order daily to keep an account with this company. Once you are approved, you should be approved to shop when you choose not forced to order supplies if you are not in need. This is the worse company to order from.
Opened on-line account, got things that was ordered, ordered something else was told on credit hold, called CS and tild credit of 300.00 credit department, told me that there is no credit, and items were sent. Buy from Offuce Depot, or Amazon business.
Feel free to google their scams and horrendous reviews. They highly filter their site to make them seem amazing and offer an abundance of fake unavailable products. Business need supplies. Quill offers outdated policies to go along with their fake items of office supplies that were not available for purchase. They will send a sad email never updating their inventory. There is zero customer service as they choose to respond with scripted bots. If you have a problem you are given a long wait time and never able to talk to a rep. You are subjected to manual scripted information that cut and paste their policies if you choose to contact the company by email. You are wasting your time and money and given the run around. Please see the picture of the scripted unhelpful service rep responses. Why bother? DO NOT RECOMMEND.
I had placed an order idk 2 months ago the company canceled the order they refuse to reach out to tell you why they canceled them i will not change the star rating on them as i will never use them as there crooked and a scam the government should shut them down because of the scams there putting out. I did reach out the customer service a dam joke they wont help you they call you stupide.
Poor experience. They dropped 8 cartons of paper I didn't order on my front porch. It was a mix-up on their end--I have not ordered products from this company in quite a while. The product remained on my front porch for a month, despite repeated requests to the company to have it picked up. UPS came by to pickup after a month had expired, but then they refused pickup because it was another company that delivered the product. Why didn't Quill have that information and proactively contact the correct shipping company? After several more days, a different delivery service picked up the product. Quill's warehouse refused the shipment, citing damage. I have been informed by Quill that 8 cartons of paper I did not order and do not want will be returned to my residence. Quill advised that I may keep the paper or donate it to a charity. I have been informed that I will not be charged, but I have my doubts. What a waste and colossal inconvenience from something I never wanted. Unacceptable.
The problem is lets say you have a problem right? So I answer it and lets say I say Deserts are very dry and years go by without rain it would say " Oh! I'm just going to be annoying and tell them they did it wrong when they did it wright!" LIAR LIAR PANTS ON FIRE!
I bought one of their phone case for my S22 Ultra. Came already cracked and the fingerprint sensor does not work. What happened to the hammers hitting the case with no scratches?
Customer service just kept trying to push a replacement. I've asked several times for a refund, no they just don't respond anymore. False advertising and disappearing when asked to do a return for a refund.
