Very friendly and helpful service no problems with the help I received.
First time going on the site I was told to put my card information. Then it withdrew 60 dollars automatically from my account. That's the only thing I did not like. Went back on to talk to customer service and they only returned 30 dollars back to my account. I won't ever be back to that site again.
I won two bids and forgot to place my apt. Number the guy I spoke to was so helpful and quickly fixed my shipping information.
The website deliberately undermines other websites such as eBay by basically comparing all of the traits it has, eBay has many other good things that they don't mention. This site is also pretty much just gambling disguised as something different you buy bids (basically the quibids equivalent of chips) then you use them to bargain with other people on the web and ultimately you will lose money as not everyone can win the auction, and im pretty sure the chances of winning are alot slimmer than you think.

My experience was a good one. It only took a day to figure out the system and the next I got what I wanted at 50% off. It is time consuming though.
I had a question about one of my wins, and I emailed CS to find out what I should do. They answered my email within a few days, which was very quick considering I emailed them on a Friday and a holiday weekend and I had my answer on Monday. They were able to resolve my question with only one email too. Quibids customer service is always very courteous and try to get things fixed with only one or two contacts.
I had a game freeze up. It made it so I couldn't play any games. Problem solved now I'm playing games again

Answer: Yes like Gary O said, $60 buys your first 100 bids. Seems like a lot but after that you can buy 25 bids for $15. Best investment I ever made!
Answer: When you sign up, to be able to bid, you must purchase bids and the first bid pack is 100 bids for $60. People simply do not read. I would ask them why they think they give their credit card number just to sign up. I've read the information and it's pretty clear. I've been using QuiBIds for going on 3 years and I love it. When you sign up there will be at the top that is labeled "QuiBids 101". If you do sign up, be sure to read QuiBids 101 before you begin bidding. It's very helpful.

Hello Nally. We apologize that our site didn't meet your expectations. When you're entering your credit card information, there are numerous areas that let you know exactly what you are purchasing. We go to great lengths to make this clear, and we are sorry to hear that you didn't see this when entering your credit card info.
We do offer a refund for the unused bids in your account. It sounds like you were only refunded $30 because you had used half of your bids in auctions. We can't refund used bids because those bids affected the outcome of other auctions, and it wouldn't be fair to the other bidders who were also participating in the auction.
Remember, that if you don't win an auction you can always use the Buy Now option, which allows you to apply your spent bids as a discount to the Buy Now price of the item. This way you don't ever have to walk away from auctions empty-handed.
