I really enjoy Quibids, and the staff is really great too.
I mistakenly ordered the wrong number of bids (for my first purchase). With a request to cancel my order, the QuiBids team did just that, without any hassle.
As a whole, I have had a good experience. There are some questions I have about the site and how it operates, but they are not important. Overall, Quibids is my favorite bidding site.
I really like this website and the different options I get to bid on but the only thing I see is that there are too many people that have a lot of experience on the website and not only me but a lot of people don't have the opportunity to win as we would like to because of the ones that have all the power on the website.
I think it would be valuable to your customers to show a sidebar of their package purchases during a qui bids session. I found that before I knew it I had spent several hundred dollars while caught up in the frenzy!

This site is a farse and a fake. They make you purchase bids up front that you use to bid on items that you can never win. They encourage you to bid on the beginner $#*! which is stupid stuff like more bids and cheap gift cards. Buyer beware. I would not recommend this site to anyone. I have been on Ebay for years and if you want a real chance to get a real item stay away from QUIBIDS! They have found an ingenius way to steal money from consumers without actually allowing them to win any items. Stay away! Stay far far away! The site is a joke and a SCAM!

With that said, we operate similar to a penny auction's pay-to-participate model, which involves buying bids in advance.
Also, winning is definitely possible on our site - and it can be extremely rewarding. However, we understand that not everyone who participates in an auction will win it. For those that don't win, we have provided a safety net of sorts called the Buy Now option. This option allows you to apply your spent bids as a discount to the retail price of the item. This way the best case scenario involves you winning the auction and getting a huge discount, and with Buy Now, the worst case scenario involves not winning the auction, but applying your spent bids as a discount to the retail price, so the most you pay is retail - similar to any other retail shop.

Was curious why 48 dollars was removed from my account? Left me 50 cents? I'm going go back and review the terms and conditions and learn a little more. I was also concerned about other funds being charged or taken out without my permission. I was told that wouldn't happen.

I registered to bid on QuiBides before reading about it. When I realized it would cost $60, I emailed them and said that I did not realize it would cost $60 in order to place bids and asked if they could please refund my money. They did so immediately, no questions asked. It was with a sigh of relief that they did so and my respect for them grew. I will refer others to their site in the future.

I accidentally didn't change my shipping address from my billing address. The live chat helped me change it in literally 5 minutes max. So simple thought they would have complicated it for sure.
I should start with QuiBids is a great idea, and definitely from a financial standpoint it could be quite popular. However, the advertising that QuiBids is doing is quite inaccurate. When I decide to join something that offers me the chance of brand name goods - then I want BRAND NAME goods. Another issue that I found horrible when you join you're automatically charged. I didn't notice anywhere that I'd be charged simply to join. I know that a lot of places are doing that since it's been successful for other businesses. I'm already going to be shopping with you, but you're charging me just to see what you're selling. Actually stock Apple products - then come back to me, and I'll gladly sign up.

When viewing items in the QuiBids Store, you can see which ones are currently appearing in auctions. Just find the item you want to bid on, click on it to go to its product page, then select the upcoming auctions to add to your watchlist. You can also buy directly from the QuiBids Store and get free bids with your purchase.
Also keep in mind that if an item you are looking for is not currently showing up in auctions, come back and check again later.
We are also sorry to hear that you weren't aware of the starter bid pack purchase when you were entering your credit card info. On the card entry screen, it states that you are entering your info for the Starter Bid Pack (100 bids for $60 - $0.60 per bid). This purchase is not required to view auctions. You don't even need an account to see what is currently up for auction.

ON IMPULSE I MADE A DEPOSIT BUT AFTER SEVERAL MONTHS I COULD NOT FIND TIME TO LEARN AND ENJOY THE EXPERIENCE, THEREFORE I REQUESTED A REFUND AND IT WAS MADE PROMPTLY.
