I won the Taylormade R-15,10.5 degree white driver thinking I would be able to select a black driver at checkout. The representative discovered that the black driver was not an option in the regular flex that I wanted.

When i opened my acct i wanted to just browse before playing then I learned by email that I had purchased $60 bid pkg site needs to be more specific about rules on buying pkgs

I was not sure how quidbids works and am still unsure... I was erroneously charged... but was quickly reimbursed. Thank You Quibids

I have had a gambling problem for years and my family was extremely disgusted about me joining QuiBids. After I joined QuiBids, I quickly annul my membership and Customer Service was gracious in returning a refund at my request.

Signed up in error. Asked for a refund and my e mail was answered promptly and money was credited back. Thank you for understanding.

Called to ask if I could get a refund due to an accidental hit of the site to buy bids.The gentleman that answered the phone said no problem he could fix the problem one two three. I couldn't thank him enough.He was wonderful. Polite, sweet and made me feel like a VIP. I'm more than pleased with QuiBids!

Treasure cove kept freezing was cleared in a timely fashion

I didn't see any fine print on the first page of the website - maybe it's a problem with my particular browser - stating that by signing up, I was going to be automatically charged and buying bids. I don't have the time or money to constantly bid (and probably lose), so it's not for me, but when I asked to opt out and get my money back, that was honored really quickly. Nice company - great customer service.

I did not understand the amount each bid costs when I made a purchase and spent way more than I meant to. QuiBids made it right and easily refunded my money.

I missed the 2 hour limit on buying a bid pack that I had placed enough bids to almost pay for it. I was given a one-time break on being able to buy it. I think 2 days would be better than two hours.

I'm hoping to receive my shipment in a couple of days..

I signed up and thought it would be fun. After I watched the training video I felt it would take me more time and money than I was willing to spend on the process. Thanks - and it's a SMART move on your part because I am leaving whole and have nothing bad to say.

I had a payment issue... that was kinda my fault for not reading all the rules and policies. And they were able to refund my money immediately with no questions asked! They thanked me and hoped to try their service in the future! I do plan too! ;)

Within a few days I got my reply and was compforted with further instructions. It was very easy to understand and accomplishe. In less then a week what I demanded was completed by the QuiBids team and they really helped out with the situation.
