Did not like the way you take the 1st purchase automatically from my credit card, there was no confirmation option of purchase. I was not prepared to spend $72 for 1st venture to you site. If given option I would have cancelled out purchase if possible. But will not rule out that I would sign up again if smaller outlay was an option. Maybe later.
It was nice to talk to people who were prepared to resolve the problem without having to answer 50 questions before getting any result. I contacted them, she fixed the problem and I said thank you.
By the way you do not allow my email address domain to get bids so it does me no good to try and earn bids through my email address.
I hit the wrong button and didn't realize it until I saw an email on it!
Wrote for a refund and Tammie took care of it immediately.
Now once I see that refund on my cc statement-I will be delighted!

Customrr support responded quickly, answered all my questions. I needed the welcome emsil resent as I accidentally deleted it. They told me that the email was automated and Icould print out my purchase history.
I misunderstood something on the website & the rep knew exactly what I needed & had taken care of it before I requested it!

I ordered a product In the beginning of June... Started looking for Help when it hadn't arrived at the beginning of July. Customer service reps online are friendly but don't give any answers... Tracking number for the product is invalid. They refuse to refund me what it actually cost for the product. Bids and payment. I'd highly recommend against this site.

I signed up and purchased bids, but didn't realize the price until I was charged. I couldn't afford it. So I emailed them and they gave me a full refund within a few days.
I did not realize that I would be charged before I made any bids. Apparently charges are made in advance in blocks of $63.00. I guess I did not read the fine print.
I tryed it a few times, before I knew it, I was out 60.00. And nothing to show for it.
I can't prove that they bid up, but it sure seems like it.

We can assure you that there are no employee or bots bidding against customers in auctions. We have a third-party conduct yearly audits to make sure of this. You can find their reports on our website.
Also, it looks like you already used all of your bids and didn't win the auction. If this is the case, we recommend using the Buy Now feature. This allows you to apply the cost of your spent bids as a discount toward the retail price of the item. That way if you win an auction, you get an outstanding deal, but if you lose, you can still walk away with the item spending no more than retail.
With that said, if you haven't yet used your bids, then you qualify for a refund! Just contact us at support@quibids.com and we'll refund the amount for the unused bids in your account. Thanks!

Answer: Yes like Gary O said, $60 buys your first 100 bids. Seems like a lot but after that you can buy 25 bids for $15. Best investment I ever made!
Answer: When you sign up, to be able to bid, you must purchase bids and the first bid pack is 100 bids for $60. People simply do not read. I would ask them why they think they give their credit card number just to sign up. I've read the information and it's pretty clear. I've been using QuiBIds for going on 3 years and I love it. When you sign up there will be at the top that is labeled "QuiBids 101". If you do sign up, be sure to read QuiBids 101 before you begin bidding. It's very helpful.
