My experience was that I had made a mistake, that cost me money. When I told support what had happened they quickly replied, and helped me understand how I had done what I did. The money was quickly refunded and I learned a bit more of the idea of bidding. Thank You.

I liked quibids but think it can lead to overspending
When I signed up I didn't realize that I would would be charged in advance. I explained my situation and the pending charge was removed. Very professional attitude.
I received an email stating that I click a link in the email to receive 5 free bids. The email link did not work. I emailed customer service and within the hour they answered me back and credited my account with the 5 free bids. This was exceptional in my book! The bidding process is not what I expected. It seems unfairly skewed toward existing bidders with deep pockets. Some might say they deserve to have an advantage. But I am not willing to be the fodder to feed their machine. I am most appreciative of QuiBids support team and the speed with which they responded to my request to cancel my account and refund my unused bids. Thanks for the experience.

When I registered I incurred some unintended charges and was surprised to see an order confirmation from QBids in my inbox. I emailed them asking to reverse the charges as they were unintended. Answer: Yes like Gary O said, $60 buys your first 100 bids. Seems like a lot but after that you can buy 25 bids for $15. Best investment I ever made!
Answer: When you sign up, to be able to bid, you must purchase bids and the first bid pack is 100 bids for $60. People simply do not read. I would ask them why they think they give their credit card number just to sign up. I've read the information and it's pretty clear. I've been using QuiBIds for going on 3 years and I love it. When you sign up there will be at the top that is labeled "QuiBids 101". If you do sign up, be sure to read QuiBids 101 before you begin bidding. It's very helpful.
