Yesterday I have received 5 free bids by email. Those bids expires today! This is crazy! These free bids are like a gift card i should use those when i want... But not with Quibids
What they want is me to rush and bid on something. Usually u need more than 5 bids to win something. They want u to buy more bids... Also what i hate of them is the choice of item available that is very limited. If u have a cell phone a suit case a Ipad or a watch u don't need this site. U need Quibids if u want to buy a 10,00$ gift card from Walmart that you're gonna pay two times is value because u really want to win the card... Here is another Option: Go to Walmart and buy a gift card for the value of 10$... Guess what u won't pay more than 10$
This is not an action or bidding. It is buying multiple lottery tickets.
Hi Lee. We operate on a model similar to that of a penny auction format. It is unlike traditional auction sites like ebay. So definitely keep that in mind when using our site.

I've enjoyed it. One item I won was a Christmas gift so it wasn't plugged in until after 30 days so since it wasn't checked within the 30 days I was unable to exchange it. It was disappointing to give a broken gift and not be able to replace it. I would suggest you think about adding an option to extend the return time if the item is a gift. Other than that it's been very good.
Wrote a message as to how long processing took they quickly got back to me and had my item shipped.
Loosing a lot daily but yes winning too. It's addictive and I'm quite addicted to QuiBids in just a small span. Happy Bidding! :)

Delivery services tend to not believe in my rural address but I was able to get it added to my account with one simple email to QBids support.
Didn't realize I would be charged $60. They responded quickly and refunded!
Had an issue with an unintended sign-up made by son. QuiBids voided it with no questions asked - literally, minutes later.
I signed up for Quibids thinking it was free - I would have been ok with the. 60 charge per bid but didnt realize I was purchasing a bid package at 60.00. I sent in an email asking that the charge be reversed and it was taken care of that same day. I cannot remember I had such a great experience with no questions asked just giving me what I asked for! I have already told people about the greatness of the customer service I received and will continue to.

I needed a refund back to my credit card. I submitted an email to customer support ON A SUNDAY within the hour I got a response from customer support and refund processed back to my credit card.
I wrote a review in the past about this company. I lost $500 and they sent me a Samsung Tab 4. This was not the one I wanted so I never opened it until last month. I was shocked to see that the tablet shows coloured lines on the screen. Now, because I am late in informing them I am not getting a return. The customer service is very RUDE. I shop a lot online but never received a malfunctioning product like that. This site is ripping off customers. Stay away from them.
Hi Parveen. We can absolutely refund the unused bids in your account. However, once you place your bids in auctions, you ultimately affect the outcome of those auctions. We can't refund every person's bids who lose or else our site could not operate. This is clearly stated in the QuiBids 101 and help sections of our site. There really were not that many products that I first of all really want.
--Closest thing would be buy some gift cards. Else, not really. Secondly- and maybe i misunderstand the process, the idea of having to pay $12 for $10 gift card seems silly... I think I understand that I pay for the bid wether I win or loose. So I bid $5 for a $10.- gift card. Someone else bids $6.- I need to bid $7.- to not just loose $5?
The other guy needs to do the same- and now we see who is willing to go the most over the value to not loose. I dont think this is a good program for me. So glad you send my money back. It seems plenty of other people are very happy. So. Its probably just me..

Hi Caroline. While we cannot control the behavior of other bidders on our site, we do have systems in place to prevent you from ever having to walk away from an auction empty handed. For example, our Buy Now feature allows you the option of purchasing the product at retail if you don't end up winning. This way if you end up in an auction with another bidder who will go all the way and "bid to the retail price," then you can rest assured that you won't be out the money of the bids you placed by using Buy Now and getting the item at retail, much like if you were shopping at any other ecommerce store.
