I ordered something that did not fit at all. I contracted customer service and asking to return the item and exchange it for something else. Unfortunately no exchange could be done but they did send me a prepaid return label for UPS. They refunded my bid cost within a couple days and refunded all the bids used to win the item. I appreciate how quick and convenient they made it for me. I didn't even have to stand in line at the post office I just stuck the label on the package and dropped it in the UPS drop box by my work.
I and a friend spent over an hour looking into the reviews posted here regarding quibids and from the onset found them, to strongly conflict with the majority found on other review sites. "Quibids" reputation in whole and averaged out is poor to bad and negative complaints out-number positive statements almost 5 to 1. With that, we started looking at the reviewers here and learned that they can (by large majority) be traced to a single I. P. and the fact that they signed up on the same date, did not have any primary information all indicates that the positive reviews came from just a few sources and in my opinion from quibid owners and/or employees. Talk about a double ripoff.?.!
I thought I had adequately identified the purchase of an item I had bid on, but I didn't actually complete the purchase in the alloted time. When I contacted customer service they allowed me to go ahead and complete the purchase. I'll know better in the future. Thanks for the help!
I signed up without reading what the program was all about and my CC was charged. I didn't expect that. Being a person who lives paycheck to paycheck, that charge makes a difference between eating or not. The person I chatted with was ready to help me but I went in thinking I would need to fight to get my money back... That's not what happened al all. Customer Support refunded my money within minutes of me making my mistake. I will probably become a customer in the future based on this experience.
Accidentally made a mistake that cost me $60.00. When I explained the situation in an email response, MY error was reversed the same day and did not cause any problems for me. Can't say enough for QuiBids prompt, excellent service.

I am a new member and made a mistake with the amount of bids I purchased. When I contacted customer service I was refunded instantly! No waiting, no calling back just 100% customer service. Excellent work! It gave me confidence in their products.
Prompt reply and polite... where I wasn't. Too many store owners shopping for there ebay stores... cant compete with these guys bidding on everything at once. This I think is a little unfair.
At first it was horrible, not because of QuiBids but from a misuse of my card from my niece. I had not given permission for her to use my card and I Emailed QuiBids and explained what happened and that I wanted my money back to my card emmediatley and QuiBids did just that. Just joined, new to site. Un-intended purchase of bids either on my part or otherwise. As soon as I noticed the charge I emailed QuiBids about the charge. Within a few hours I received a email back confirming a refund. Overall I'm very happy with customer service

Account was debited for 60.00 for 100 bids. I was unaware it was a payment. I thought it was. 60 cents per bid. QuiBids deposited my money same day. This describes a honest company.
It didn't take long and I was understood about what I needed.
The phone number on the site are a scam. When you dial the phone number the answer machine just tells you can not leave a message. I phone another number on the site and the guy told me he did not know what I was talking about. The whole thing is a scam
I spoke with Corbin, and he was very helpful and contacted the shipping department to arrange for the return of a product. I can only hope all of the QuiBids Support Staff is as friendly and helpful! Thanks Corbin!

Great customer service is probably a function of their need to stave off litigation from their misleading and dishonest business model.
Answer: Yes like Gary O said, $60 buys your first 100 bids. Seems like a lot but after that you can buy 25 bids for $15. Best investment I ever made!
Answer: When you sign up, to be able to bid, you must purchase bids and the first bid pack is 100 bids for $60. People simply do not read. I would ask them why they think they give their credit card number just to sign up. I've read the information and it's pretty clear. I've been using QuiBIds for going on 3 years and I love it. When you sign up there will be at the top that is labeled "QuiBids 101". If you do sign up, be sure to read QuiBids 101 before you begin bidding. It's very helpful.
