I was given 5 bids from my email I couldn't use the right away and when I went to use them they were gone. I chatted with your rep and he returned them back to my account thanks!
Bidding was made easy... when you sign up you have to give them your credit card number and immediately they charge tour credit card 60 bucks to bod 100 times... that was kind of confusing because I didn't know that as soon as I entered my card number that I would be charged...
Winning is best. And when you have a problem
Some one gets back to you quickly.
When you have to quit it is so good to be understood.
They solved the problem with my order promptly and efficiently! Very impressed! Thanks quibids!
Told them my problem and it was fixed straight away I am very happy the way it was done
After having put in a bid accidentally I requested to have the bid cancelled and for my money back. That problem was taken care of in a speedy, professional and most satisfactory manner.
Thank you.
I wanted to test out the service, however, I did not want to purchase $60 in bids. I would have preferred a smaller amount to start off. After seeing the starting charge, I contacted Customer Service and my charges were promptly returned with no questions asked.
Never started bidding, don't like the way the bidding is set up. If I won a bid, and had to pay a known fixed fee, A % 10% 20% whatever, fine. But to pay every time I bid, and may not get an item. No thanks.
Really outstanding, friendly, very helpful c/s help!
There was an awful lot to read & digest. Although newbies often hit speed bumps waaaay too fast, which is what I did, I'm sure. I'll be back!
It's nice that voucher bids can be "won" and easily obtained through promotions, but when you end up buying them with real money and then use them, they don't carry over to the purchase in the end. The including of voucher bids on most items is getting excessive and causing the entire price to go up, which isn't appreciated when you are just wanting the item. It makes you feel scamed because the whole premise of Quibids is to be able to pay the remainder of the item if you lose the auction but not be "out" any money. That's not the case when voucher bids are added onto them.
I signed up for QuiBids then changed my mind and asked my account & charge to my credit card be cancelled and they responded and complied with my request immediately. Thank you QuiBids!
I was under the impression that sign up was free until I realized my account was debited $60. I signed up to explore what seemed like a great opportunity to save a ton of money on otherwise pricey items and buy items, including the credits on my own terms. I was most impressed with the quick response from the support staff.
Auction won, item paid for with my PayPal account; received notice that item was being processed, then another notice that it had shipped. I never received it and the tracking #shown did not belong to that single item.
After several conversations with Tammie and emails from Jacquelynn, I finally completed the Affidavit provided me and returned same to Quibids support on 9/2/2015.
Received notice this morning, 9/3, that the order for the missing item had been cancelled. I believe (but can't be positive) that the procedure would be cancel the original and process/ship a replacement.
Was just looking, accidentally purchased and to have them help me correct the error was wonderful... Companies normally do not do this. Great to have a honest company.
Bidding against a computer program is not what I expected. Only having 1 auction at a time ending is ridiculous. It's a scam.
Then they dumped me in the page where the auctions are quarter hours and half hours apart instead of minutes so that there are a huge amount of bidders on each auction and winning is next to impossible unless you've got tons of bids. No more inexpensive items, no more frequent wins. Instead lots of losses and using up bids like crazy. This seems to me just like gambling.
Answer: Yes like Gary O said, $60 buys your first 100 bids. Seems like a lot but after that you can buy 25 bids for $15. Best investment I ever made!
Answer: When you sign up, to be able to bid, you must purchase bids and the first bid pack is 100 bids for $60. People simply do not read. I would ask them why they think they give their credit card number just to sign up. I've read the information and it's pretty clear. I've been using QuiBIds for going on 3 years and I love it. When you sign up there will be at the top that is labeled "QuiBids 101". If you do sign up, be sure to read QuiBids 101 before you begin bidding. It's very helpful.
Answer: Hi Madeline, I'm sorry to hear that you weren't aware you were purchasing the starter bid package of 100 bids for $60.00 when entering your credit card info on the purchase page. The good news is they will offer a full refund for any of your unused bids. Just send them an email at support@quibids.com and they will be happy to assist you. They are very supportive and want to make sure you are satisfied.
