I made a mistaken purchase and it was refunded immediately. I appreciated the care and fast service.
I had a clarification on an auction I had won and it was resolved very professionally.
Customer Support was very professional and efficient.
I won on the game but had no idea where they were. They answered the question and resolved the issue quickly.
New to this whole process. I was not aware that I only had two hours to make the buy it now purchase, using the bid amount total I had used during the bidding, after the bidding ended. They granted me an exception. I used the bid amount I made during the auction and paid the difference to get my item anyway. Thanks!
Has questions regarding account... they were answered completely and I was also give where to find more information and answers if needed... great customer service
Pride i take in my connection i have attained with the best online shopping site. Quibids Rocks
It was all my fault. I hit buy with out realizing I would not get a trial period. I am a new customer. But, customer service took care of my mistake. Thanks yall
I've been on many penny auctions and understand the good and bad with each of them. Quibids is not like the others. The buy it now is the best... you receive full credit of all your bids you spent toward that item if you do not win it and you pay the difference. The shipping is always Free on all my won and purchased items! Plus it arrives super quick. Customer service is online and ready to respond at a click of a button. A+ penny auction site with no gimmicks or BS with bid pack prices. Its the same price for everyone.
Trying to get my 15 bids that I won but after 3 day not collecting it was expire so I am trying to get back if i can but ather than that I like quibids.com
12/9/15--Blake, 1) I set up a profile but did not knowingly authorize the charge; I want to make this perfectly CLEAR! 2) Difficult for me to understand that more bids are free rather than paid so, Blake, please tell us the actual numbers and I will revise my estimates. Are any of these "free bids" made by the company?
9/20/15-Update: Thought I would do the math for you. For every dollar the price increases QuiBids receives ~$37! This suggests there are going to be a number of losers for every winner; this must be a form of gambling with rather bad odds.
Original: Just signed up after attempting to read lots of legal text. After completing the sign up I was charged $60 for 100 bids that I did not authorize and very much did not want. There is no way I would ever authorize the purchase of 100 bids while planning to just try it out.
I didn't now that when I registered my self in the website I already order $60 bids(my fault, I didn't read before). I send email, ask for cancel and they respond immediately and I got my money back.
Customer service is great, the site is fun... I'm hooked.
I wanted to set up an account and learn the site before I started making any bids or purchases. I admit that I rushed through the process, but I didn't realize that by putting your credit card information in at the signup stage, that I would actually be buying bids AT THAT MOMENT. I assumed it was like amazon or other shopping sites that would hold your info until you actually made a purchase (or in this case, a bid). But I emailed Support and they reversed it right away! I will definitely use QuiBids one day, but right now is not a good time for me financially to "buy bids" that I'm not 100% sure I understand how to use.
When I requested for QuiBids to cancel my membership, they act on it right away.
I like the promptness on the service.
I had a question about signing up and they helped me solve my problem. I am in my seventies and have trouble sometimes figuring out how these things work.
I've played for almost a week now. And obviously it is pretty darn exciting seeing the auction count down, three, two, one, and when you see "Auction Ended" when it says that you get real excited and, sometimes, start dancing around the room! HAHA
However, there's also the bad days, like today. When I just keep bidding and bidding and the other bidder won't give up! So I ended up losing a bunch of bids today and didn't win anything but more bids that I ended up losing.
So Quibids.com has its ups and downs, but overall... I would say it's a great experience!
Discovered It was too difficult for me to participate and wanted to cancel out.
I had a quick response to honor my request immediately. Service was excellent.
I had a glitch two days ago and your agent would not accept that something was not right because on her end everything was normal. It was a little irratating, but the last person I spoke with did acknowledge a problem and apologized. A simple apology goes a long way.
It (the site was not as I expected
I expected to be able to bid on premium products
Not trawl thru endless related accessories
Answer: Yes like Gary O said, $60 buys your first 100 bids. Seems like a lot but after that you can buy 25 bids for $15. Best investment I ever made!
Answer: When you sign up, to be able to bid, you must purchase bids and the first bid pack is 100 bids for $60. People simply do not read. I would ask them why they think they give their credit card number just to sign up. I've read the information and it's pretty clear. I've been using QuiBIds for going on 3 years and I love it. When you sign up there will be at the top that is labeled "QuiBids 101". If you do sign up, be sure to read QuiBids 101 before you begin bidding. It's very helpful.
Answer: Hi Madeline, I'm sorry to hear that you weren't aware you were purchasing the starter bid package of 100 bids for $60.00 when entering your credit card info on the purchase page. The good news is they will offer a full refund for any of your unused bids. Just send them an email at support@quibids.com and they will be happy to assist you. They are very supportive and want to make sure you are satisfied.
Hi Ron. It sounds like you completed your payment info to purchase the starter bid package (100 bids at $0.60 per bid for $60). We are happy to refund the unused bids in your account. Simply contact us at support@quibids.com and we'll get this started for you.
Also, you claimed that every dollar the price increases we get $37. This isn't correct info, because that's assuming that all bids placed are real bids, and a majority of the bids placed are voucher bids (free bids won in contests, voucher auctions, etc that have no value). Hope that helps clear up the misunderstanding. Please don't hesitate to reach out to our support and we'll be happy to explain further. Thanks, and have a wonderful day!
