CUSTOMER SUPPORT

I had won an item and it showed to have been sent and I had won other items around that same time and afterwards but I never received the one item and had already received the other items won afterwards. I contacted customer support and they checked into the situation and in a couple of days they let me know that the item was being re-shipped and if I did not receive it soon to let them know.

The company that had the 10 piece food containers could not ship it to my address. Quibids gave me a list of things i could chose from to replace it. I was very happy to resolve this issue.

Excellent customer service

Jacqueline not only handled one problem, she took care of two! I had an item no longer available. Within a short time she provided me with an even better gift plus gave me free bids for my troubles. I also had a wrong item sent. Within a few days I not only had the correct item I ordered, but was told to keep the wrong item that was sent to me accidently! I feel like I made out! Thank you thank you for the great service!

I inadvertently purchased an unintended purchase on 8-28.
Your support staff was soooo nice and not only refunded my account but was very gracious about it.
It's not very often that a company does that when they really aren't obligated to do so.
