I had joined QuiBids about 2 years ago but then neglected to do anything further. Now attempting to log on proved futile. I contacted QuiBids staff and within a short time the problem was solved in short order.

It was difficult to locate the transaction because somehow it went in as *******@aol.com instead of margiehmalone.com. It was finally located and taken care of.

I had won an item and it showed to have been sent and I had won other items around that same time and afterwards but I never received the one item and had already received the other items won afterwards. I contacted customer support and they checked into the situation and in a couple of days they let me know that the item was being re-shipped and if I did not receive it soon to let them know.
The company that had the 10 piece food containers could not ship it to my address. Quibids gave me a list of things i could chose from to replace it. I was very happy to resolve this issue.

Answer: Yes like Gary O said, $60 buys your first 100 bids. Seems like a lot but after that you can buy 25 bids for $15. Best investment I ever made!
Answer: When you sign up, to be able to bid, you must purchase bids and the first bid pack is 100 bids for $60. People simply do not read. I would ask them why they think they give their credit card number just to sign up. I've read the information and it's pretty clear. I've been using QuiBIds for going on 3 years and I love it. When you sign up there will be at the top that is labeled "QuiBids 101". If you do sign up, be sure to read QuiBids 101 before you begin bidding. It's very helpful.
