Had an error on my part and sent an email to Quibids. They responded the next morning and although my item had already processed they gave me several options and I am happy with the service.
Got a email quite promptly telling me how to do this.
I decided to try Quibid online Chat togethelp. The response was immediate and the person was professional andhelpful.
The bidding is fun with giving great opportunities to get items cheaper than retail. I notice some bidders that win all the time seem to have access to the less competitive auctions for some reason but other than that it is great. I also wish the lock on auctions would occur a little sooner.
When trying to checkout for my purchase, the website would not accept my address. Finally (by e-mail) to your help line, they apparently found a way to get my purchase shipped.

Was surprised at the prompt correct handling of my "issue", especially over a weekend!
I was thoroughly impressed and every so grateful for the service I received. I was under the impression that I had two weeks (from winning an auction) to decide on the item and purchase. Much to my dismay and horror, I found that my item had expired when I went to purchase it. With a simple message to Quibids support, they allow me a 24 hour extension window for me to go in and purchase my item. Thank you. Thank you for doing that.
I've also found out that my item had already arrived at its destination. Very fast shipping!

I thought I was going to be able to participate in Quibids, I could not. So I contact customer service and explain my predicament to see if there was something they could do. I was not wrong they did help me in no time, I was surprise to see them act that fast. Thank you again, good job guys.
Quibids is a total rip-off. They lure you into their auction website with so-called auctions that sell high priced items for pennies on the dollar. I was curious enough to sign up, and if I chose to participate I would. LIttle did I know, my credit card was immediately charged $60, which they do not make clear, at least up front, there is no mention of being charged $60, they just take it. WHen I discovered I'd been charged, I contacted Quibids explaining that I did not want to bid on their auctions and wanted to be reimbursed for the charge. They offer no contact information expect an email address which by the way, they ignore.
DONT JOIN Quibids.
I never bought anything from the site but the support I got to cancel the account was very quick! I don't like the system itself but your employees are fast and very pleasant to deal with! Their service has not gone unnoticed.
Very friendly and I was very satisfied with the support I received. Did not have to wait long. Thanks again... I have to say it was much improved since earlier this year when I was very dissatisfied with the support help I received. I had won and ordered some cologne by Elisabeth Arden it said in the write up. When I received it... it was by Elizabeth Taylor. When I called support they looked it up and said I was right. You see I don't care for Elizabeth Taylor products and was very unhappy. He turned it in, said I would be hearing from support soon by email. I did later and they returned my. 09 cents I paid when I won. I did not like this at all because it was not my mistake. I don't have any use for the Elizabeth Taylor cologne. I called back was told there was nothing else they could do about it. Since then I have seen another one marked wrong. Thanks for reading (I want to add some of the products are good but some are very cheap for what they say they are worth.)

Answer: Yes like Gary O said, $60 buys your first 100 bids. Seems like a lot but after that you can buy 25 bids for $15. Best investment I ever made!
Answer: When you sign up, to be able to bid, you must purchase bids and the first bid pack is 100 bids for $60. People simply do not read. I would ask them why they think they give their credit card number just to sign up. I've read the information and it's pretty clear. I've been using QuiBIds for going on 3 years and I love it. When you sign up there will be at the top that is labeled "QuiBids 101". If you do sign up, be sure to read QuiBids 101 before you begin bidding. It's very helpful.
