I didn't realize what was really going on and QuiBids returned my $$ no questions asked. I was expecting an argument but was very pleasantly surprised at how quickly and efficiently this company helped me.

Sent an email requesting refund due to my young niece signing up received response quickly. Very happy that I did not have to stress out for too long.

Like seeing what's up for grabs on the site have only bid on something 2 times and didn't win Will diffidently be going back soon to win one

I recently had a problem I wrote to the customer service about... they responded within minutes & fixed the problem immediately. I am very impressed with QuiBids.

Your quick response is greatly appriciated. Most online services take more time and try to delay service. Your customer service is heads above the rest.

Inadvertently paced order and did not realize there was an "upfont" fee to bid and that a charge of $60.00 was charged to my card immediately. Asked to cancel order (I had not bid on anything)and it was immediately cancelled and waiting for refund. Speedy service.

Quit being fixed my problem no difficulties whatsoever

The FAQ and Quibids101 are so focused on defining what makes this auction site different that more normal things like shipping information is not easily found. Also the launch page restricts what the potential new user can see so i couldnt observe an actual auction before registering. Their customer service response is fast and very understanding.

I had an issue with an order that was placed but could not track using the tracking number provided and they looked into it and asked me to get bak to me in a day or so. Their response is fast and i really like the way they treat their customers.

I talked to someone very nice who understood my problem and helped me out. Your understanding will keep me away from the competition and come back to you

I have tried them all and Qbids is the best auction site I've found. Great deals, great fun and great service, I highly recommend!
