Queen of Victoria

Please do NOT buy any dress, from this website. I normally wear a size 10-12, but I ordered a size 16 based on the measurements on this website. The sizing is completely off, and the dress that was sent to me was incredibly small. All three of the bridesmaids who ordered this dress had the same problem. It was not at all what I had ordered. The worst part, though, is I've e-mailed this company four times now requesting to return, but with no response. It is amazing that they responded to me before I received the dress, but now they can't respond to any e-mail regarding a return. I've never experience such poor customer service, and the product was horrible. I'm still trying to return the dress and hoping I will get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

We had a terrible experience with the Queen of Victoria company. The dress we bought was different to the picture in terms of colour, look and sizing. We have attempted to get a refund but have been waiting over a month. They are shocking with communication and are based in China. This makes it very difficult to get any response. I don't normally ever write reviews but it was worth doing for this company to STOP ANYONE BUYING AN ITEM FROM THIS COMPANY. Please look elsewhere and avoid the hassle and money loss you will incur!
