Had a few qr's over time with broken links, one email to the admins and I was up and running again. Kudos!
I've had my QR code for years. I've got thousands of fliers, vinyls printed on my business doors and business cards. The qr code has been scanned and used hundreds of times. All the sudden my code is expired (even though their website says their QR codes don't expire). Of course I can't get anyone to email me back and there's no phone number to call. This is basically extortion and fraud. Trying to decide if it's worth it to call in legal counsel. Do not use this company, they will rip your business away from you as soon as you gain momentum.
I use QR Stuff and fund the platform user friendly.
The real problem I have is that QR Stuff don't have the means to change the shapes of the Code.
Have contacted them twice requesting they look into it. Clearly not interested.
So going forward it will become a problem if you looking for a long-term generator.

I have been getting accustomed to receiving poor customer service these days (due to the pandemic and its ill-effects); when I reached out to QR Stuff for assistance, my expectations were not very high. The issue was time sensitive and connected to a fundraiser to help people in Uganda. I sent the customer service department an email asking for help with a complicated issue and within hours, a customer service representative named Annette responded and fixed my issue! She was professional, efficient, and kind. I have dealt with QR Stuff for a year now and all of my experiences have been positive.
I've been using their service for 6 months and LOVE it. Customer service is GREAT, and it does what I need.
The support staff is quick to reply and very helpful in assisting with any questions I've had. So thankful for their assistance.

This thing that sets this company apart from other qr websites is their awesome customer service. I am a kindergarten teacher who has increasingly incorporated qr codes in my classroom teaching and parent communication during the past six years. The customer service representatives have patiently and promptly answered all my questions and helped my solved any challenges I faced.

QRStuff is an excellent application and the origanization's customer support is also VERY GOOD. For anyone who needs to generate a QR Code that will scan anything, including. Jpg,. Png and PDF images, DO subscribe!
The tool is very easy to use and the batch processing is great for creating thousend of QR. The customer service is great, they have gave me a solution for every problem that I have faced with their tool.
The tools are easy to use and offer a wide variety of options. I would have continued my subscription had I not discontinued the work I was doing requiring the tool. When my subscription automatically renewed, I asked for my subscription to be canceled and for a refund and both were accommodated without hesitation. I definitely recommend this company!
As a high school teacher, QR Stuff has been a valuable aid in helping me to provide students with a frictionless way to access resources while completing problem sets or other types of academic work. I can put a QR code in the margins of a slide show or a handout, and students are able to easily access the resource without losing the thread of the particular assignment. QR Stuff is easy to use for me, I can generate QR codes on the fly and quickly drop them into whichever document I'm working on.

If you pay for your QR codes and subscription then it expires they do not let you access your already created QR codes. They also charge $12 a month to generate QR codes. OVERPRICED!
When payment was made online they double charged me for no reason, when issued a refund I incurred payment fee's, go figure that one!
Spoke with my bank also turns out that after they double charged me they also tried taking an auto renewal payment, beware!

I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with our product and service.
I believe your anonymously created QR codes would have either hit the time or scan limits recently enforced by the business. These limits are communicated on the website.
As a business owner yourself i am sure you can understand the need to request that previous users, who have been using our products and services for free for many years, to now pay a nominal monthly fee to continue to do so. Like any small business we have increasing costs to manage and i dont think its unreasonable to ask customers to pay for a service they find valuable. If you do not find the service valuable then that is a different story.
We have 24 hour support available through support@qrstuff.com - if you have raised an issue through that email channel it would have been addressed in a timely fashion.
