The last time I tried to use them, I must have done at least 15 surveys in a row - long ones - and every one of them once completed, took me back to Qmee and then said the survey was "declined," so I was never paid. Qmee does nothing to guarantee once you start a survey, that if you complete it, you will be paid. This never happens on other survey sites like mTurk. The pay is already really low, but when you do it for nothing, it's slave labor. And since I am finishing the studies entirely, I suspect the companies are using my responses/my intellectual property for free. This should be a crime and I am tempted to report the practices of this company because they are enabling this fraud. If it worked, it would be great, but most of the surveys don't work. They are scams.

We completely understand how frustrating it is when you get declined from a survey you've spent time on. We try our best to avoid this from happening but unfortunately as the surveys are not directly run or set up by us we are limited in our control over when or why a survey is declined.

Please note that the survey providers that set up the surveys can decline a survey at any point if they have a valid reason to and that is the case across the entire survey industry.

Just so you know none of the information you give for a survey that gets declined by the survey provider is kept or used by them (or by us) - it's deleted by the survey provider. They can only keep/use the information given during a survey that is deemed as successfully complete by them and that you receive the reward for.

Qmee it's amazing sight to do surveys where you get instantly paid out to your PayPal account. It is an amazing sight I love it and it's fun to do. So if you want to get quick cash, Qmee is the way to go.

I have been doing surveys for many months with Qmee. I went to redeem my points for gift cards a few days ago and was asked to sign up for Paypal. They didn't require you to have a Paypal account to complete surveys. This changed over night. I don't have PayPal account and I don't trust PayPal with a my bank account. I contacted customer service at Qmee and they were NOT helpful at all. I feel like this is fraud because they still owe me for all the surveys completed.

I have used this app for quite a while, for a little bit of extra money even if it was just maybe 5 or 10 dollars a month and for a while it helped here and there when I was a few dollars short for gas or something but it is just steadily gone downhill and got worse and worse in the past several months to wear it to the point of I am literally sitting there trying surveys and getting turned down for all of them, or getting turned down after I fully completed it like totally finished it and they say thank you for completing our survey and then you think you're going to get your money deposited or put into your account and it says sorry you're disqualified from this and I just think it's a bunch of crap and it's a terrible company and I would not recommend it to anyone, not to mention how annoying it is that they say holy pig and leave these stupid things that say crikey and just stupid comments when you don't qualify that's the other problem you won't qualify for any of them after a while and you're just basically just like an hourglass with Sam going through it wasting your time on their app because it's not going to give you any money. Even after you do the survey you're not going to get paid so don't use it

I rate Qmee very low and I will explain why. When I first came to Qmee after having hundreds of positive reviews working with branded. I came with an optimistic outlook. I filled out my profile 100% rcorrect and relevant to me. Right out of the gate they flagged me, they gave me barely any surveys, and when it came time to grab what's mine and leave, about or around 8 bucks was all, they terminated me indefinitely and for no reason whatsoever. I have made hundreds of $$ with branded surveys and without any problems. I do not understand how you can just suspend my account indefinitely without cause? It is an injustice! Like the majority of real Americans will agree, it is the same injustice that put fraudulent Joe Biden in the White House. 50/50 to relevancy in my eyes.

If your account has been suspended it is because we have received feedback directly from our survey partners and they've let us know that your account has been suspended by them due to poor survey practices.

These could include but are not limited to the following reasons:

1. Inconsistencies in your survey responses
2. Inconsistencies in your survey profile
3. Speeding through survey
4. Straight linning (providing identical/similar responses to every question in the survey)
5. False geographic location
6. Multiple accounts

Sadly, as our survey partners set up and run all of the surveys available on Qmee, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about this.

I joined just after new year. Everything was great, decent amount of surveys. Cash was fast. Brilliant, found place first extra pounds. Sadly yesterday that changed. For some reason they won't let me cash out but still let me do surveys... So am I blocked? The error I get is:
Cashout to a new PayPal account is temporarily disabled due to recent account activity. Please check your email for any actions you need to take to enable cashouts to a new PayPal account.

Huh... Supported aren't helping. If any Qmee agents see this, please help.

This was one of the best sites, but in the last two weeks it has become one of the worst. Yesterday I completed 3 survey worth over $2's a piece. After completing them it showed the amount to be awarded but never credited me. I had a total of almost $12 not credited to my account. Then today I completed a $2.64 survey and it never credited me. I try to contact Qmee but they kept saying they couldn't find my account. I hope you get back to normal because right now... you suck

They locked me out and won't give my money
July 13, 2022

I left my job due to health conditions and was looking for an easy way to make money. I started doing surveys for Qmee. Then one day they locked me out of my account. I contacted support and they said their survey providers didn't like me and that my account was permanently terminated. I was shocked as I wasn't even sure why. I also take other surveys on other sites and they haven't locked my account. I also didn't get money for several surveys I started and got booted out of. I tried to at least get the money I earned and they wouldn't even let me do that. The help team is unresponsive. This site is a scam and a ripoff if I could give zero stars I would.

Horrible

Don't use i contacted customer service 3x in 2weeks and no response and also had about $5 in surveys not payout on top of not being able to cashout $20+ now. Use eureka or something else no issues with them cashed out 5x+ now.

Our Support Team usually replies within 5 - 7 days, however, we are extremely busy at the moment, so we really appreciate your patience.

Please also note that our team is really small and we reply to emails in date and time order from the oldest to the newest, however, if a user keeps sending us emails via the same email thread the date and time will update to the date and time of the last email sent.

I have a huge disappointing experience. My account has been on lock, I am unable to take new surveys and cashout. First time when I contacted Qmee, nearly 10 months back, they responded saying account is being investigated to ensure that I only use one QMee account. I have explained and provided proof that I have been using only one account. Since that QMee customer service ignored nearly 10 emails, no response since it requires them to relase my money (nearly $100). They just placed my account as dormant so they can claim the funds for themselves. Big game here, dont fall for scams.

Absolutely The Best

Qmee- Oh, where to start!

This survey company by far has the best payout from any other survey companies that I am with. Most surveys are short and easy to take. And the longer ones are usually a minimum of ten to fifteen minutes long.

Yes, you may get disqualified at some point on a survey, but here's the part that's really effective about Qmee- If you have taken a survey, then get kicked out without pay after you have taken the entire survey, or get kicked out near the end- You can report it to Qmee, and they will literally kick that survey out so nobody else gets done the same way. So, you'll want to pay it forward! Qmee keeps a watchful eye out for you. Seriously!

I absolutely love this company. And I enjoy how the dashboard is setup. It has a easy, light feel to it. In other words the site is easy to find your way around.

From my experience I can set doing surveys with this company all day, and really make good money at it. Not joking! This is the absolute only survey site that I can honestly say that about. I recommend this company to everyone who wants to make some cash flow into their account!

You will only waste your time here, most surveys are either by Poll Fudge or Your Suckeys, because they suck, and what the heck is up with that darned Angry Birds Pig as the freaking mascot of this crap!

Absolutely awful.
Qmee state that they only choose surveys suitable for you based on info that is on your profile, so why when the majority of surveys ask you for info that's already on your profile do they find you not suitable for the survey.
Also it's unbelievable the amount of surveys that you get more than 75% of the way through and then they go "sorry, you weren't suitable" and you get paid nothing. This is not only annoying but really suspicious after it's asked you loads of personal information like where you live, the ages of hour children, your income.
Whats finally prompted me to write this review? I got 97% through a 10 minute survey only for it to say "sorry, you weren't suitable".
Oh and don't bother using the contact us option, it opens up the email option which you complete (many times) but they never get replied to.
Update: 2 surveys now 97% complete after 10 mins and then all of a sudden I don't meet the criteria.
As you can see from 1 screenshot out of 10 surveys attempted/completed I've only been paid for 2.

I keep seeing this message pop up. I'm not speeding through the surveys and I'm giving straight answers in the suverys. It's just pissing me off getting kicked out of good suverys for something I'm NOT doing. PLEASE AVOID QMEE SITE. They used to be a good suvery website since Nov/2022 they went down hill.

None of the information you give for a survey that gets declined by the survey provider is kept or used by them (or by us) - it's deleted by the survey provider. They can only keep/use the information given during a survey that is deemed as successfully complete by them and for which you’ve received the reward.

I've been using Qmee more seriously the past few months, though I've had the Chrome addon for over a year. The more I've visited the site, the more I've seen it improve. Qmee's web search addon takes some calibrating, and it does work, but it's sporadic. Sometimes I don't see anything even if I'm hunting hard for a particular item. Yet, there are times I'm not trying, and the shop/search feature kicks in for 3 paid visits.

But as a survey site, right now it's one of the best I've used. There's only one other I use besides Qmee, and they work to fill in each other's gaps. The best thing is that Qmee pays out instantly, which is great if I feel I need a few more dollars in one day for whatever reason (online purchase, "beer money," etc). My only hope is that their anti-bot and anti-cheat features stay strong, because survey routers immediately start to buckle down when cheating becomes prominent on a rewards site. I've seen it happen first hand on sites like Swagbucks.

The only cons I'd mention with Qmee is the history feature. It would be helpful if the history went back to the last 24 hours. This is helpful if a pending payment simply doesn't pay out. It's rare, but it does happen on occasion.

Qmee has been such a great site for me it helps me feed my family but I haven't received my payouts in over 48hrs is qmee not going to pay me it's saids if not received your money in 24hrs contact us. I have over 13times reached out to you but nobody has gotten back to me. Very dissapointed if your so busy hire more help

In order for cashouts to remain free for our users, it can take your cashouts longer to process and to arrive in your PayPal account. This is because we have so many users, and so many cashouts to send to PayPal, that it can take them longer to process everything and it means cashouts won't always be instant.

However, don't panic if you don't see your cashout within an hour, as it can sometimes take longer (up to 48 hours, but that's rare) - some cashouts happen quickly, others can take a while, depending on when you cashout and how many times our users are choosing to cash out (the more cashouts, the longer they will take).

Just remember that after cashing out, your rewards will be on their way to you, and you only need to email our Support team if you still can't see your rewards a minimum of 48 hours after cashing out.

If you have contacted our Support team, you'll get a response within 72 hours (as the automated email you'll have received mentions) - you only need to email the team once, as they reply in date and time order (so if you keep emailing, your emails will be pushed back). Don't worry, as soon as the team get to your email they will reply!

Qmee used to be the best survey site around. I have been with them for around 4 years now and in the past 3/4 months, I have never seen them so bad at rewarding.

I completed 5 surveys this morning. Every single survey I was thanked by the provider, taken back to Qmee and shown my reward. However, the reward never gets credited and doesn't show up in your history. This happens on a daily basis!

I am getting fed up of having to report this to Qmee and every time I do, they balme it on a glitch with the survey provider and never take any responsibility. And then sometimes you have to wait 10 days for the possibility it might get credited to your account, this is not what people expect when you take surveys.

Customer service never fix it and just send you the box standard "why surveys might be rejected" reply. I see numerous other people on here are having the exact same problem. I wish they would fix it but this is they don't seem to want to bother, thats why they get a negative review from me!
