FRAUDSTERS!
February 1, 2024

REAL REVIEW! (FEB 1ST/2024)
I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF IT WOULD LET ME! FRAUD!
I signed up for QMEE years ago started using it, what a joke ONLY MADE A COUPLE DOLLARS cuz it pays out in cents instead of dollars, if u are in Canada u barely make any money from it. DON'T BOTHER! So I then deleted the app & recently back in January I decided to download it again & give it another shot. Once u try & start a survey it'll either kick u out of the survey or it will take u through two or three rabbit holes & let u start a survey after u answer a whole crap ton of questions that have nothing to do with the survey, only to be kicked out of the survey if u answer something the way they don't like. This happens with almost every single survey. In a week I've only managed to cash out $7.00! Now playing the games is even more hilarious because it takes u days to even accomplish one task which doesn't pay very much again (in cents not dollars), then when u go to cash out from that game it takes "90" days for them to deliver ur payout.(YES YOU READ THAT RIGHT)!

Now the reason for this review is cause of the fraudulent activity that has happened on my credit card account as off 2AM,!...According to my credit card company. So,...Most of the surveys ask personal information bank account info, ur name & D.O.B, where u live, all of this kind of information that is super personal. It's funny how after I complained to Qmee that they were asking me personal questions & trying to sign me up for things that all of a sudden fraudulent activity happens. So apparently my credit card company got a call at 2AM this morning (I was asleep), from someone trying to say that they were me & asked them to cancel my credit card & send another in the mail. But, upon checking with my credit card company, my address on file & the address that the person gave them to send the new credit card to was incorrect. They are refusing to tell me the phone number in which this person called from & the address that was given. After being transferred to five different representatives and being on the phone for almost an hour, I had to get them to cancel this credit card & now send me another one in the mail after they didn't have my permission. Not only is this a huge waste of my time this is very concerning, & a whole lot of unwanted stress. This should be against the law if it isn't already & I feel like Qmee should be shut down especially in Canada. Unfortunately after reading some reviews online about the app, I also see one or two other people who have had fraudulent activity happen to their bank account or credit card. STAY FAR AWAY! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! I STARTED A CIVIL LAWSUIT AGAINST QMEE!

I've used Qmee for several years now. It probably wasn't until 3 years ago that I truly became serious about this survey portal, and now I'm using them exclusively. I didn't intend to. Competitors just weren't offering much in the way of rewards anymore, and they were taking much longer for me to build up their in-service currency to cash out. And when I did cash out, I had to make sure it was before a certain time, or else I'd have to wait until the next day. Qmee is the only survey portal I have used who automates their Paypal cashouts, and without a minimum cashout.

I have seen many negative reviews, but they are all from users who haven't been actively using survey portals or incentive websites for nearly 10 years. I've probably used incentive sites for 13, but more actively done survey portals for 8-10 years. Here's the truth about ALL survey portals. They only act as a place to streamline survey taking. Each card you click for a new survey will redirect you to that survey provider's platform. It could be Qualtronics, SurveyMonkey, etc. There's a handful of common ones you will see in the upper left, usually. If you see a different logo that isn't Qmee, that means you were redirected. This is standard on any survey portal. It has been that way for nearly 20 years in the history of online surveys for cash.

Survey providers will in fact take a long time to screen you for your demographics. I am sorry to those of you who have wasted your time, but this does NOT reflect on Qmee at all. It's YOUR job to report these, so that the community does not waste their time. Qmee WILL actually take these down, because the time spent isn't worth the cashout, even if it's $2.50. If you've taken over 20 minutes to simply qualify, stop and report the survey. Also report surveys that ask for too much information or try to sign you up.

Qmee has impressed me as it has grown, and that is why I've slowly gravitated toward using them more. I actually find myself using the mobile app more. I have a good smartphone for it, and I've rarely had problems. Whenever I do, I report the bugs, and they fix it. I make sure that I'm polite and respectful, and they in turn have treated me well. Sometimes it may take 3-5 days for someone to contact me, but they're not a vending machine. Real people are responding. As I've said earlier, they offer AUTOMATED CASHOUTS through Paypal. There is NO minimum either. You should appreciate that, lol. Competitors will force you to meet a $10 minimum, them move the goal post several times, before making you give up. And then they'll make you wait a week. Qmee treats you right.

If you've been blocked from cashing out, or can't take surveys -- I'm gonna be honest. I sincerely think you may have cheated by entering fake details in nearly every survey, and couldn't keep your demographics straight. You can't be an Asian mom one day and a Turkish sultan the next. That's not how it works. You have to be honest, even if you have days where you're not qualifying for anything. There often is a "hot time" every day, but it's different each day, and you just have to learn how things work over time. On EST, I've found between 11am-4pm works best. Judge it based on that. It could change over time, but right now that's what works for me.

I've spent a lot of time on Qmee, and have actually found I can make a few bucks a day if I stay persistent. In most cases, low paying, shorter surveys have worked for me, because a little bit adds up quickly, vs trying all the high dollar, longer ones. And I'm honest with my demographic. You have to make sure you Qmee profile is up to date, so if you've moved, got married, had kids, be sure you updated that.

Alot of these negative reviews keep blaming Qmee, but most of the issues have been about survey providers. The partners/providers are very strict, and aren't afraid to block you. The fact I've survived this long means I know what I'm talking about. And I've seen these same partners on Theorem and similar portals too, not just Qmee. I've found out how to get the partners to like me, so you actually can take my word for it.

Tip for consumers:

Don't lie about your demographics, stay honest, be polite to customer support, don't rush through surveys, and make sure you pay attention to attention checks
