As with any lead program, I'm gonna have non-qualifying leads and qualifying leads. It's all how you work those leads, though I have received a bunch of leads that were useless. The ones that I have received that are useful have been very high-quality positive leads now it's up to me to get them converted.
Dealing with Tom and Meleah at Qazzoo has been a great experience! The leads that I have taken from the site have been some of the best I have gotten from a lead company in the last 24 years of being a Realtor. The sales call with Jen was terrific; there was no pressure to sign up or buy anything. I spoke with Christian for the onboarding and took the time to explain everything and make sure everything is set up and ready to go.
Do not trust Qazzoo. I agreed to 3 months of leads which yielded zero results. Most contacts were either fake or had no idea why I was calling. I tried to cancel but then my credit card was charged for 2 extra month. Currently still trying to cancel and get my money back.
I started using Qazzo on a Saturday and on Monday I got my first lead. I do mortgages and was able to connect with a buyer. He explained that he was denied by a bank after listening to him I was able to see his credit and he qualifies FHA. Great lead. Tom Pappas is a great rep very knowledgeable and always available. I created an account, filled in required information, added logo, various info about our company and started to search for those hot leads which are ready to buy or sell their houses.
I managed to generate over 50 customers who we helped to find a new home or to get rid of the old one. It's exciting! Probably, soon when we will have troubles again, I will ask Qazzoo for a help once again.
I have been using Qazzoo for the past few years. I have closed a few buyers and sellers over this time. I'm excited to say I closed my first million dollar sale! With follow up, the seller finally reached out to me and asked me to meet the family. The property was listed and we closed $1,350,000. Qazzoo is an amazing lead resource. I have worked with many other lead sources and I always stay with Qazzoo. I know the deals are there. In addition, Meleah is always available and is ready to address any issues that may arise.
Where to start, how about a 1 month trial that really is an auto renewed subscription unless you cancel or the vetted leads that know you're going to call or that you will receive coaching on the system and they will always be available? Once they get your money there dedication to you is over. They will sneakily attempt to get you locked in on a contract (you know on your sales call they said there wasn't one). Claim leads and call to either A. Get no response B. The person claims they didn't willing fill out a profile and aren't needing help or C. They already have an agent and some have even already bought/sold (so how are they fresh?) Good Luck
This was the biggest waste of money spent on this lead service. I've been an agent for 29 years and know how to convert online leads. The leads I received from this service were worthless.
