Bad experience from the beginning... when i checked if they deliver to my address they claimed they do... after wasting my time going through products to purchase did find out they do not deliver to my address... way how to do a business... lie to a potential client like this is not a good approach
No response to notification of non-receipt through their web site. Pure Formulas was then given five days to respond on PayPal. Eight hours after escalating to a PP claim PP reversed the charge. This strongly suggests that Pure Formulas has a history at PP. Definitely do not enter any CC or personal information on their website. Stay away!
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD DETAILS. I never received my order, and despite numerous emails to the "help" email address, I never had one actual (not automated) response. I have reported them to my credit card company. It hope someone from this company gets arrested.
I have been and will continue to fight this company to get my money refunded. They charged me $25.99 for items advertised with free shipping (yes I have screen shots). They claim calcium citrate and melatonin NEEDED a cooler and ice. Mind you this is not even summer IF they did need one, which they of course don't. Also took my money for three products I have never received. $45.48 + $25.99. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.
Absolutely terrible experiences EVERY TIME I TRY TO ORDER. It takes them FOREVER to answer the phone. When and if they finally do, they put you on hold for some reason forever and never get back with you, so you are forced to hang up and call back. Also, their coupon codes never work. Their rewards program is a lie. When they finally send you the coupon, it never works. This is a terrible website and their entire coupon system is a scam. Don't waste your time.
I placed an order with pure formulas on the 20th paid for 2 day shipping Wich was an extra 18.00 dollars and the status says still sitting in the wearhouse and out of all the days there closed on the weekends so I gotta wait till Monday to go at it with them for the screw up you better believe I will be getting my refund for shipping that's bad business. I usually order from them a lot but I really needed this piticular item and they have dissipointed me well never again.
I placed an order 4 days ago, my credit card was debited immediately. I did not receive an email from pure formulas confirming the order or anything saying it was shipped I just continue to get promotional emails, I tried to look up my order online but you must have the order number which I regret I did not write down. I called customer service during the stated hours of business (2:30 EST in the afternoon) and a message states they are closed and to call back during regular business hours and then it hangs up. Have they just taken my money? Have I just been scammed?
I placed an order last week, A day after my order I received a mail from pure Formula indicating that my order has been shipped and its on the way. Today ( 7 days after) I found out they shipped my order today, when I asked them, they said they have no explanation! The supervisor was very rude and unprofessional! I would never buy anything from them again!
My credit card company stopped this transaction because too many people have complained. One problem was Pure Formula would create reorders and debit bank accounts on singular orders. I called them and they said maybe my credit card made a mistake or had the wrong company, said they never had any complaints!
They relabel and should be assessed by FDA and charge 100 % markup suggest user to be careful about overdosing they sell what other company's cant sell on the internet legal
I have been ordering supplements from Pure Formulas for quite some time. I have never had any issues with the quality or service. Always a very easy transaction. They have a good selection of supplements, and they always arrive in a timely manner.
Ordered Thursday of this week and it came today (Saturday) with 2 day shipping. Not bad considering I ordered late on the actual day. No real complaints here at all. Not sure about the other negative reviews as I usually use reviews to determine if I should utilize a company or not but really needed to order something from the US and they had it. Will do business again!
Pureformulas is really a great company! I have been ordering from them for about a year now and they always have free shipping along with good prices, but the kicker was that on my last order I had accumulated reward points that I could apply to my order. This made the price even better so I will always go to them first to do my shopping.

I've been ordering from Pure Formulas for a couple years, maybe a total of 7 - 8 times. My orders arrived in time and were left on our front porch. My last shipment was not left at my home but a notice from The US Post Office was left in the mailbox stating there was $6.21 postage due and I have to go to Post Office, stand in line, pay the extra postage, and they'll give me my $115 (FREE SHIPPING) order. Not happy. I called The Customer Happiness Team at 8:45pm eastern time and apparently everyone had gone home early because all extensions were unavailable. I called the next day and was told my package wasn't left because there wasn't a safe place to leave package and the extra money was because Post Office had to keep it and I had to pick it up - WHAT!?! No, there is extra postage due because you didn't put enough postage on it... She (Lynn) started arguing with me that they put enough postage on it. So apparently Pure Formulas never makes a mistake? They are all super humans? I'm a liar? Why would my 8th shipment suddenly not have a safe location? Lynn said because that's what the Post Office put on the tracking. WHAT?!?! Is there a box for them to check that states you didn't put enough postage on shipment? No! I went and stood in line and I asked the Post Office; they said this happens all too often. Pure Formulas put enough postage for 2lbs and it was actually 2lbs 2 ounces. I paid the extra postage and took my shipment. Lynn at Pure Formulas said the only thing they would do for me is reimburse my account the postage once I went to the post office, stood in line, paid for my FREE SHIPPING, got a receipt, scan the receipt and email it to them. REALLY!?! That's it? Yes, that's it! Well that's it for you too!
I've ordered several items from this company 3 times this week.the shipping is free and I get my purchase is just two -three days tops, & everything is wrapped with care. I'll be sharing my products on my YouTube platform. Pure formulas thank you and if you want me to review any of your products I'd sure do it..
These people are unprofessional. They are the worst company I have dealt with ever. When my order was placed, the customer service person said it was in stock when it was not. Then when I called to ask why I received a partial order, no one knew what happened, but promise to correct the problem immediately and send the missing item as a courtesy. Today I called to inquire about the replacement and was told no one knew anything about the replacement. I told that woman that they have lost not one, but two customers. I have already phoned my friend and told him never call those crooks again. There are too many reputable companies out there. These people are the height of incompetence. They should not be allowed to operate. Their license should be revoked.
I placed an order, didn't hear a thing from PureFormulas. I tried calling them, and get to talk to no one. Then finally I get through to someone, they can't find out a thing... in the meantime, while on phone with them someone from Chicago calls me saying he received my order! Then I am told by PureFormulas that my order is being reshipped. Fine. Sounds good. Then... 10 minutes later I get a call... the stuff I ordered is not in stock! Come on!
I have purchased from PureFormulas for quite some time. They have excellent products and ship very quickly. The reason I gave them 1 star is because of their horrible customer service. This is the first time I have had to return an item unopened and every time I call (so far - 10 times at different times of the day) the company I get a voice message stating they are busy and will call me back. I finally got a call from one of their representatives and was told they would send me an email "right away" with the necessary information for me to do so. That was 6:43pm the previous day and it is now 1:15pm the following. I have been on their website trying to use their return process with no luck and have had two emails from them thanking me for my request, but no information to return item. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING! Now that I have read numerous other reviews about PureFormulas, I see I'm not the only one who has had to deal with their "customer be damned" attitude. Do yourself a favor and don't purchase from this company.
Why is your customer service lacking - why do you have so many error issues with your web site - why do you allow one or more of your supervisor's to be indifferent, argumentative and stubbornly refuses to follow through or follow up regarding customer service issues!? Without your customers you would have no jobs!? All of these issues need to be reported to the BBB and the Florida Attorney General's office; so hopefully positive and productive change can and will take place! You are definitely going to loose many customers the way you are treating them Pure Formulas!?
I am currently waiting on Francisco or one of the Pure Formulas team members to issue the prepaid return shipping label for Order #******* - USPS still does not show this order as being received - just a electronic shipping label was generated! I opened a dispute through pay pal; since it was not possible to resolve the order issues with Mary There were 12 or more emails that went back and forth between myself and Mary - it was time to stop - nothing was being resolved! I even tried calling Pure Formulas to speak to Mary; but was told she left for the day!? I ended up being passed to another supervisor; Francisco who stated 2-3 hours ago that he would be sending me a prepaid postage label - which hasn't come yet - probably because the alleged shipment has still not been picked up/received by the USPS - who knows at this point!? I finally asked Pure Formula's in my last email attempt - to send me the prepaid postage label again or go into pay pal and issue my refund for $53.08!? Still Waiting!?
This is an update to my original review. I opened a complaint with the BBB in the state of Florida against Pure Formulas. To make a long story short Pure Formulas sent me an impersonal email telling me they would no longer sell to me and I could look elsewhere for my supplement needs and that's how they left it!? I did finally get my refund through pay pal; as I opened a dispute and pay pal escalated it to a claim; since Pure Formulas had still not issued my refund. The BBB was willing to keep my complaint open so that other prospective buyers would know how Pure Formula's treated me as a long time loyal customer! Pure Formula's will get back what they have given! All I can say is buyer's beware of this company!
I called 15 minutes before closing time. The voice says that an agent will be with me 'briefly'. Then for some random thing, it looped again and made me go through their voice queue while I was holding. Then it went straight to voice mail telling me to leave a message. I has on hold for 15 minutes! They can't be possibly busy that late at night close to 11pm ET. I think there was nobody there but they make you wait to sound like they have lots and lots of customers. Well I was trying their Live Chat as well at the same time but nobody seems to be on anytime. I think that's fake.
Anyway, I tried calling them because I wanted to return an item. I thought the return would be easy but when I went to my invoice, the RETURN button is grayed out... WTF! So you can't return it via online and can't return it via chat or phone because nobody is working to take your call. Yet they say on their website that returns are easy. This company is a joke!
Answer: pureformulas.com says my browser is not accepting cookies, and they will not proceed with my order untiI I change the browser setting. I have not had this problem with any other vendor; the browser (Safari) is set to accept cookies only from sites that I visit. I did not order from this site, but went elsewhere.
