I've been buying some of my supplements from them for years. The only problem is sometimes the shipping takes long, but that could be because of covid and shortages of postal workers.
I tried Pure Formulas years ago and ended up stopping all purchases from them because their customer service department was horrible. They continued to charge me for things I was no longer ordering and then it was like they "played dead (or dumb)" when I called about the problem. I recently started ordering from them again HOPING that they were a newer company when I'd had problems with them previously and had since worked out the kinks and improved their customer service relations. NOPE - BIG NO! They are still horrible! It's like trying to talk to a toddler about a problem - extremely unprofessional and completely ignorant…and, once again, I lose money (and time from having to deal with them). Lesson learned - Done with this subpar company!
Cardio-Lyph-Chelate - Tablets are very obviously spoiled. Pureformulas.com refuses to accept responsibility even after I sent a photo of discolored, stinky tablets. And I'm now unable to leave a review of the product on their webpage.
They don't send shipping notification and tracking. They also refuse to refund a order that was not arrived.
Customer service is also really bad.
While they have a decent product selection, I gave them a lot of business. But my account is blocked from placing orders. After three conversations with their reps, I have no explanation. Very frustrating. I'm baffled why a company turns down profit. Not recommended.

This company (Pure Formulas) has not been registered in the Import-One-Stop-Shop (IOSS) as other US suppliers do, so you cannot choose among delivery companies in your country if abroad. Consequently, along with taxes the sum total here might be about $10 above than the usual one after delivery. Thus, they keep their business running disregarding their customers' interests.
I have placed a few order over the last three years. I have never had any issues with the quality or service, but have never had to contact customer service. Always a very easy transaction. They have a good selection of supplements that can't be found anywhere else, and they always arrive in a timely manner.
I placed an order of $100 in the middle or beginning of july. I contacted Pure Formulas in the beginning of august since I didn't receive any updates on the shipping. They said it could take more than 8 weeks of international shipping. Today on the 1: st of nov I contacted them again and they say they can't take any responsability for shipping, if the package gets lost etc. I think they didn't send anything at all. I wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered anything from them.
I purchased 2 bottles of Nutri-West Core Level Health Reserve 120'S last week - from PURE FORMULAS my wife immediately opened them and took 3 with her lunch as usual - she fairly quickly got indigestion - so I looked and smelled the vitamins: they had a rancid odor and were a dark brown rather than the usual green color. My wife got progressively sicker - to the point of vomiting.
I wrote PURE FORMULAS customer service to warn them about this problem, sent them pictures comparing the color they normally are vs the dark brown of this batch & to request a refund - only to receive this unsatisfactory response:
"Unfortunately we cannot accept opened items. Please contact Nutri-west for questions about the change of color and smell in there products, being as they do change from batch to batch..."
My only recourse was to open a dispute with my AMEX card.
There is absolutely no way to know a vitamin product is contaminated or defective without opening the package.
Amazon sells these same vitamins - they would instantly refund if you wanted to return a defective product - even if opened.
Don't buy these from PURE FORMULAS - I believe they are selling THIRD PARTY GOODS!
Their laughably titled "CUSTOMER HAPPINESS TEAM" are incredibly unhelpful.

I am concerned that they don't seem to care. All the posted review's are from years back - nothing current. Going to write to Jose Prendes the CEO to alert him of the company's bad practices.

"Pure Formulas" has what I need. Was mailed quickly. Excellent product which did heal my severe scar tissue tightness and pain. I bought a second set of this product to excel further healing of my scar tissue naturally. Had a transplant and was opened up 3 separate times in two days.
I have been loyal customer with PureFormulas for so many years. My order never been shipped. After a week I contacted customer service once, twice already, but still have not received my purchase. They are very disrespectful to customers and care less for others. Please stay away from their service if you want to avoid all the headache,
Unable to leave a review on Reseller ratings where this company directs its "satisfied customers" to leave review's, left me to believe their customer "happiness team" blocked me from doing so due to the nature of my review. And then I found this site!
My order with this company went missing, and over the course of my communication with several different C. S. agents, mainly –– a Miss SHARMA MILLER –– I was told by one in particular that no matter the results of the claim, I would be offered either a reshipment or a refund. I opted for a refund due to the fact that I would be away on an extended trip.
However, once the claim's process had completed, They went back on their word and offered me neither a refund or a reshipment. Once I got a supervisor on the phone, I was told the only way I could receive a refund is by disputing the charge with my bank. I firmly believe that a company should stand behind what they tell their customers, "100%", being that our word is all we have. I also made a point of contacting the owner of the company, and never received a response.
Due to this companies lack of integrity, I had no choice but to dispute the charge. I also informed them that I'd be filing a complaint against them with as many agencies as possible, starting with the BBB for their unprofessional business practices. For a company that signs their emails "Customer Happiness Team", one would think they'd at least pretend to care about the happiness of their customers.

"I have ordered supplements with 2 day priority shipping 2 weeks back. I haven't received package/either shipping info. I have contacted Pureformulas at-least 3 times via email with no response. I called the customer care and stayed in line for 45 min but no one answered my call. Finally someone emailed after 2 weeks saying they will ship as they can't find any shipping details! They are not at all sorry for their delay. Very disappointed. Hoping I will get my shipment soon."
This company is terrible! I ordered vitamins for dog from Canada for $60 on April 30/2021. I paid for order plus almost $10 for delivery. Today is June 1! I still didn't get my order! The representative Melany G told me that delivery might take 4 to 8 weeks or more. Really?! To pay for delivery and wait for 2 months or more?! Are you OK?!

The website took my order, did not send a confirmation email. The money was taken from my account.
No order confirmation. No further communication from Pureformulas. No response to emails. No sign any order has been shipped. Several weeks passed. Finally they sent me a shipping tracking code.
But this tracking code clearly states nearly that: Item is NOT in transit!
Again they started ignoring my emails.
This is the first time I've had a bad experience from any health and fitness website. Dreadful customer services. Read the reviews before ordering!
No FSA or HSA cards are accepted on this site. They don't intend to change the policy as of Nov 12 2020. Considering they offer many things that are permitted on FSA/HSA programs and customers can always show a prescription if needed, there's no reason these should not be accepted.
Took a few days to dispatch my order, but Covid, so other than that I received my order and it was what I ordered. No complaints!
I ordered a product, valerian, and it left me groggy in the morning and I could not take it. I wrote a review saying that on the Pure Formulas site but it was never posted. I gave it one star. The product has a 5 star rating and almost all the reviews are 5 stars. FAKE review.
Answer: pureformulas.com says my browser is not accepting cookies, and they will not proceed with my order untiI I change the browser setting. I have not had this problem with any other vendor; the browser (Safari) is set to accept cookies only from sites that I visit. I did not order from this site, but went elsewhere.
