PureFormulas is definitely the best store, out of many that I buy from. Their prices and shipping rates are the most affordable among natural food stores. Shipping is free for US orders regardless of weight and very cheap internationally. They carry of trial products. Orders usually ship within a couple of days and so far all of my packages have arrived in perfect condition. By the way, you can save $5 on your first order if you go to the link. HORRIBLE! If you order your inexpensive product from PureFormulas.com and they manage to get it to you in a timely fashion with no damage, you'll be fine. But if they don't, and you have to deal with the "Customer Happiness Team", watch out! They take FOREVER to get back to you and do their best to not make the situation right. Lucky for me they screwed up my very first order (damaged glass bottles that leaked all over the place and made the entire package so sticky the post office didn't want to leave it at my home) so I learned very quickly that I should never order from this company! I'm so glad I paid with Paypal because putting in a claim with them was the only way I could get PureFormulas to do anything. When Amazon sends me damaged packages, it takes one phonecall to make it right. For PureFormulas, it took 6 weeks of calls, emails and a Paypal claim. Never again.

Horrible level of customer service! I purchased RealFood Organics liquid aloe vera from PureFormulas, and was sickened that after opening and storing in fridge for less than a week, black mold formed at the top of the inner spout... and when I poured it down the sink, mold was on the bottom of the bottle. The expiration date is in 2016. I emailed customer service 3 times within a 15 day period when I finally received a response just to acknowledge they received my email. I tried calling customer service and was on hold for 2 hours and 10 minutes before I had to hang up because I couldn't wait any longer. How can a company that appears to promote wellness and self-care provide such horrible service. It's completely unacceptable and as much as I used to be a fan, I will never purchase products from a company that chooses to treat customers so poorly. Their "quality guarantee" is meaningless.

My physician sold me pure encapsulations EPA/DHA pills and I have been taking them for years. The problem was that brand you cannot buy off of the pure encapsulation website as it is normally sold by a doctor's office. I am glad I can buy it online without having to go into the doctors office.
