Why is your customer service lacking - why do you have so many error issues with your web site - why do you allow one or more of your supervisor's to be indifferent, argumentative and stubbornly refuses to follow through or follow up regarding customer service issues!? Without your customers you would have no jobs!? All of these issues need to be reported to the BBB and the Florida Attorney General's office; so hopefully positive and productive change can and will take place! You are definitely going to loose many customers the way you are treating them Pure Formulas!?

I am currently waiting on Francisco or one of the Pure Formulas team members to issue the prepaid return shipping label for Order #******* - USPS still does not show this order as being received - just a electronic shipping label was generated! I opened a dispute through pay pal; since it was not possible to resolve the order issues with Mary There were 12 or more emails that went back and forth between myself and Mary - it was time to stop - nothing was being resolved! I even tried calling Pure Formulas to speak to Mary; but was told she left for the day!? I ended up being passed to another supervisor; Francisco who stated 2-3 hours ago that he would be sending me a prepaid postage label - which hasn't come yet - probably because the alleged shipment has still not been picked up/received by the USPS - who knows at this point!? I finally asked Pure Formula's in my last email attempt - to send me the prepaid postage label again or go into pay pal and issue my refund for $53.08!? Still Waiting!?

This is an update to my original review. I opened a complaint with the BBB in the state of Florida against Pure Formulas. To make a long story short Pure Formulas sent me an impersonal email telling me they would no longer sell to me and I could look elsewhere for my supplement needs and that's how they left it!? I did finally get my refund through pay pal; as I opened a dispute and pay pal escalated it to a claim; since Pure Formulas had still not issued my refund. The BBB was willing to keep my complaint open so that other prospective buyers would know how Pure Formula's treated me as a long time loyal customer! Pure Formula's will get back what they have given! All I can say is buyer's beware of this company!

I have placed 2 orders with this company - the first one was canceled as their processing time of 5-7 days; plus another 5-8 business days for shipping was too long to wait! This company shows items available to order on their web site; but when you receive your email order invoice - it shows that it will take 5-7 days to process your order - plus 5-8 days shipping time - close to 2 weeks!? I was told in one of the many emails that went back and forth with Web Vitamins - that the item I purchased was not in stock and had to be dropped shipped!? The only reason I placed this second order was because of the price in comparison to what other online merchants were charging - which was a mistake on my part! I spent 3-4 hours this past Sunday emailing, posting on Web Vitamins face book page; in the effort to get someone with this company to cancel the pending charge through pay pal!?. The Web Vitamins cs reps are not authorized; nor do they know anything about processing pay pal refunds and or cancellations!?. I was also told by Web Vitamin's cs that the item I ordered - was not in stock when I ordered it and that was a lie - I signed back into my account; so I could check the listing page for the item I ordered and no where on that page did it show it was not in stock!?. You can check Web Vitamins out online and you will see many complaints about long processing times and items that they do not have available to ship; even though they show they do!? This company also has complaints with the BBB! I am still waiting for Web Vitamins fiance dept. to get in this morning - so the pending charge of $78.99 will be canceled - as pay pal will hold a pending transaction for a month - before it falls off! This store is one you want to stay away from - You have been forewarned about Web Vitamins! I hope this review helps anyone who is wanting to check this company out before doing business with them - shop somewhere else - even if you do have to pay more! Good customer service is priceless!

I had the misfortune of doing business with Vapour Organic Beauty's web store and ended up getting ripped off and then was accused of exoecting them to send me more free samples; when I had already paid them $17.50 for a expensive 5 sample pack that came with next to nothing in the little small plastic pots!. I exchanged around 20 emails with this company, called their toll free number several times, but no one ever answered; nor did they return one of my voice mail messages! Today I encountered one of their beauty expert reps and she was so rude, indifferent and accusatory towards me; that I still find it hard to believe; but I saved the email for back up!. I am going to report this company to the BBB - if I don't get an apology and the samples they should have sent me to begin with for free and a discount code to make up for all that they have put me through with their horrible customer service! Buyers Beware!

I have placed many orders with lifeenhancement.com for supplements. I have also encountered many problems with this company sending my orders to my po box through UPS; an this ground shipper will not deliver to postal stations.

I made this company aware that my physical address was only for ups or fedex and any mail sent through usps would come back to them. All usps mail had to be sent to my post office box only. I don't think that this company every really straightened out the shipping address situation and what delivery service had to be used in order for me to receive what they were sending!?

Once I realized that these types of shipping problems were not isolated incidences I would send emails or call after I placed an order to make sure they had the correct shipping info for the shipper that they would be using.

My most recent order that I placed on 7/19/11 required me to send an email regarding when my order would be arriving?. The manager did respond promptly to my email. With the information that I requested.

When I received my supplements (fish oil softgels) they were damaged due to extremely high temperatures that we had been having and of course sitting in the hot ups trucks and warehouses during the shipping transit process.

I notified this company by email the day I received this order 7/25/11; then again on 7/31/11 and finally on 8/5/11. My last email reflected my frustration in not receiving a response and I stated that if I did not receive a reply then I would start a dispute process with my credit card company.

The manager of this online store finally responded on 8/5/11 and her tone was definitely not professional, but rather demeaning and accusatory. After I read the email I attempted to call this online stores's toll free number, but the manager was in a meeting; so I was told.

I left a detailed message for the manager and replied to her email, but have not heard anything back from her as of this date.

Its a shame that online business people; no matter what their position don't value the business that they are given by providing satisfactory customer service on every level.

So buyer beware and be ready to supervise and watch closely how this online store handles your transaction and shipment; should you make the choice to do business with them?!

I ordered a reconditioned tracfone samsung t301g sim 5 + 60 minute double minutes for life service pin card on 7/18/11. This order was suppose to be shipped 3 day fedex.

Well to make a long story short I had to call tracfone 3-4 times and speak to people in foreign countries that I could not understand to get the tracking info. The phone finally arrived, but it couldn't be activated for some reason?

I spent hours on the phone with tracfone and finally found out that they sent me a straight talk phone with a tracfone service card; of course it could not be activated.

On 7/28/11 I was given case #'s for the wrong phone to be picked up by fedex and the correct phone to be shipped out; plus a complimentary additional service minutes card.

As of 8/7/11 I have yet to receive anything from tracfone; except for some emails stating that they forwarded all the problems with my online order to upper management at tracfone and of course I haven't heard anything from them!,

I contacted my mastercard company and disputed the charges; minimal as the cost was; the aggravation and countless hours spent on the phone were not worth just letting the charge stay on my credit card

Stay away from tracfone. I did have the opportunity to speak with a rep at straight talk and she sounded like she knew what was going on, but couldn't help me because my problems were with tracfone; even though these two companies are closely related. I really don't know how these types of so called merchants stay in business!?.

I was looking for organic camilla oil and I found this particular web site doing a google search. I sent an email to the seller via her web site stating that I preferred my skin care items; should I order from her to be in glass jars. This seller responded by email and stated that it would be no problem. I placed an order and after 9 days I had to contact the seller to find out the status of my order. I never received a shipping confirmation email. When I finally received my order the seller did not put one of my items in the glass container as requested. This seller and I went back and forth many times by email. As of this date the seller refuses to send me what I ordered and refuses to accept the return of the shipment for a refund. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the BBB and starting the dispute process with my bank to recover what I paid. Beware of this seller!
