Had issues for two years in getting my information updated in their system (my email changed as I used my work email initially and needed to change it to my personal email). They charged me yearly fees two years in a row (the fee also increased each year without notice because they couldn't get my email updated to contact me) - they refused to refund these fees when I finally was able to get the account cancelled. No refunds for any reason apparently (even though I had called and emailed them multiple times about the issue, had not received any message indicating my account was being charged, no notice that rates had been increased, etc...and they confirmed I had not used the account in a couple of years). Very unethical and disappointing for a "Christian" company.
BEWARE! A free trial will cost you a hidden agreement of a one year membership (approx. $100). Hidden policy of "NO REFUNDS EVER". Horrible customer service of no help! Horrible streaming with buffering, jamming, lips out-of-sync, out of focus and terrible sound. You will have to cancel your charge card to stop repeat charges of membership price during the year. Check BBB and Amazon for hundreds of negative reviews.
If you pause a movie you cannot go back to it you have to go all the way out and come all the way back in and then search for it because they don't have a continue watching section. Although the movies that they do have are good it's not worth the hassle and I will be once again canceling my subscription. I would not recommend this channel for anyone until these problems are fixed.
I was forced to give them one star I wouldn't have given them any if it had been my own choosing.
Answer: I wanted the streaming Christian content (which is good) - if you have an issue, though, BEWARE, because their customer service is AWFUL!
Answer: You can reach them but they are TERRIBLE and will not provide a reasonable solution to a problem on THEIR end. If you never have an issue or need to contact them, the streaming service itself is fine (and content is good) but their customer service is the WORST (You can more easily work with a huge, international company or the government!)
