I paid Pure Ecommerce to make a custom website for me in December, 2020. It looks like they have a lot of contractors working for the company. There are 10 formal steps to complete. I paid them 3500 fee up front in December, 2020. As of December 2021, the website is not finished. I talked/complained to the CEO a couple of times, and each time, there was an excuse of why the works was not completed. But by the end of the conversation, Mr. Warner told me the work would get done. The work/website did not get done.
I made a BBB complaint in November, 2021. Pure Ecommerce did not answer the complaint.

After spending almost 10k on a website and training almost a year ago. April 2020... here we sit... about 3 months after we paid in full, the project managers just dropped off the face of the planet. I emailed and emailed and emailed. Even Emailed the owner, with no response. We had training calls randomly cancel with no reschedule. Finally in December sent a message Via facebook and got a response! And we have apparently been playing games back and forth since. On Feb 2,2022, the owner Jeff called us and promised he would personally make sure we got what we paid for and for us to give him to the next week and he would get back to us. Well... Here it is a whole month later. And we have not heard 1 word. My suggestion is to not use this company! We literally just threw 10k out the window. I mean doesn't everyone just have that to throw out. NO! And neither do we. But hey, something most have happened for everyone contracted there to just stop working with the company.
If I could give negative stars I would but 1 star is the lowest I can go!

I bought a website build, Pets Industry, and consulting services from Jeff Varner of Pure Ecommerce. He was knowledgeable, professional and passionate about my success. His staff was courteous and professional and very smart on what it took to build out the site. Their 10 Step Consulting Process was a good "getting started" knowledge base. I wouldn't have known how to start my business with our Pure Ecommerce. Jeff was very honest and upfront during the sales process. He made it clear in the beginning that I will have to create on my own success but Pure Ecommerce will be there for me. The process has been tough but all in all, I'm very pleased!

I came to Pure-Ecommerce to help me start an online business idea I had. Instead I bought one of their ready to go ecommerce businesses for sale. The experience has been top notch. The owners have been so supportive and their staff is outstanding. The consulting is so comprehensive and organized. I am proud to call myself an ecommerce entrepreneur because of their guidance.
