This site is now puppies.com and it is horrible! The customer service is dismal, but beyond this, there are only scammers looking to scam buyers and sellers alike. I used puppyfind, inthe past, and sold multiple litters. My ads were never posted initially. I had to update my profile and even after, the pups were buried in 70k+ worth of ads.
Easy to find what I was looking for in the area I'm located in.
We have exceptional customer service and experience purchasing our newest member of the family. They really let us be apart of the our Kamala's growth, we did FaceTime to see the puppies, they would send us periodic update with pictures including her weight and they give us the option to microchip her. We really felt very comfortable dealing with them and everything went smoothly including pick up they drove half way to meet us up and gave us the vaccine record and AKC Registration. We are blessed to have found Vicky and David White on puppyfind.com and look forward to sending updates on our Kamala.
They do a bait and switch on paying. I requested a one time payment and was put in the premier package instead with out any heads up of this. So instead of a 30 dollar one time payment it becomes 60 dollars. Very deceiving
By their own supposition they blocked my account during paid subscription time! I provided all requested documents, my puppies, website and personal info. They acted as they are Homeland security alike Unfortunatelly, after all documents sent they denied anyway to bring my account back on. But the most amazing issue is - they ve never refunded my subscription payment!

Find the perfect puppy from a honest breeder: Check the time of membership (new sellers are not a sure thing); find how many puppies the seller has available; only one breed or a verity and of all ages. Most great breeders specialize in one breed only and and take pride in their dogs. Stay away from the great verity sellers.

I was very pleased with my whole experience. I was hesitant at first since there are so many scammers out there, but I was able to FaceTime the breeders and have questions answered quickly. I found my sweet girl and had her within a week. Thank you.

I bought an English Bulldog from Route 66 English Bulldogs. After receiving my money, Alcia Dyke informed me that the dog had enlarged testicles. The dog was being purchased as a stud. I demanded my money back 8 times and she refused.
I posted a bad review on Puppyfind and it was removed. I contacted Puppyfind and they told me to send them all my emails about the sale. Within 3 hours of getting all the emails showing that I was not informed after the dog having cancer till after the money was sent, Puppyfind refused to re-post my bad review and told me to sue her.
It's true, they only care about their clients who pay them their monthly fee.

PuppyFind.com is meant to be a means to initiate the sale and so we do not get involved in the terms/completion of the sale, and due to the abuse of the review system, such as breeders bashing other breeders, people using the system as a message board and other such fake reviews being posted, we have no other choice but to allow sellers to delete what they feel are invalid reviews.
It is possible that a seller may delete a review that could be considered valid, however, when this occurs PuppyFind.com staff will send out a request to both the buyer and the seller for additional documentation. This could include vet reports, copies of email communication, etc.
If supporting documentation is received from the buyer, the review could then be reinstated to the site so it is once again visible to the public.
If conflicting information is received from the two parties regarding the situation, then it is possible that the issues would have to be resolved outside of PuppyFind.com, and the review would not be permitted to be posted. It is sometimes not possible for PuppyFind.com to determine exactly what the facts of the situation are due to the information provided. I found a reputable breeder that was forthcoming with information and updates about the puppy I was interested in. He made the process so much easier. My puppy is healthy and happy. He's growing up so well.
When puppyfind.com changed over to puppies.com a lot of problems did come up. It is finally fixed and working fairly well. I have changed the score from 1 to 4. They have been responsive to the problems in the new website and fixed them.

The farm was a real nice place and we could see how all their dogs were healthy and well taken care of. They were also able to answer all our question and help us in any way they could. Be patient! If something doesn't seem right listen to your gut! I was fearful of being scammed. I always asked to see all the puppies so I could choose the one that was right for me!

I was looking for months to find the right puppy. I looked on every website and then I looked on puppyfind and found Peaceful Acres Bernese and they had really good reviews. I message Rose and she was really nice and caring. She messages me back right away with the information that I needed. I went to go see the puppy that I wanted, when I met her and her family they were really loving and you could see that she took care of her dogs, not a puppymill. I took home Bailey (black) and my dad bought Blu (gray). They made the experience amazing and I'm happy that i met them because I got the best dog that I have always wanted.
I didn't know what to expect, or if there was even going to be the breed I was looking for on this site, but there he was in all his glory! My wife and I love our new addition and the process to adopt on this site was so seamless. Thank you!
