I messaged several people and I was able to pick up my puppy a few days later. I felt very secure with the Puppies.com site, as it verified my phone number and e-mail before letting me sign up. Found a puppy, the sires advice was to contact the breeder directly, as for photos etc. we contacted Curt at Summerset Farms. He FaceTimed us, sent pictures, videos assuring us that the puppy was healthy. She arrived I took her to our vet the next day- she is not healthy. She has level 3 infections in both ears, recessed bulbs, granules in her stool, off center bite. He indicated her medical costs would be high. After much thought we decided to keep her, feeling that we had RESCUED her from a terrible environment where she was neglected. We were Stupid and trusting. We should have went to a reputable breeder, that high price would have been worth it-as in the end she will cost much more. Be smart- don't make the same mistake

It's unfortunate that you did not have a good experience with the seller you chose to purchase from. If the seller did not follow their contract you do have the option to pursue legal action. Hopefully the breeder was willing to rectify the situation to your satisfaction. We do have Buyer Tips and Report buttons on every listing and profile to assist in having a safe transaction.
