My family and I all got iPhones together! We decided to order our cases online to save money. I found the pink case site and ordered a lovely purple case. Over the next few days everyone but me received their orders. They ordered from Amazon. It has been months since we ordered. I have already purchased a different case from my phone store and run through it. I was getting ready to order another one from Amazon obviously LOL and low and behold a package showed up in the mail today! Unfortunately the case is cheap and looks likeA toy at best. It is all black does not have any purple on it at all. This is not the case I ordered. Do not order from the site it is a joke. A bad joke on me!
I place an order on the 31st august 2020, till today, 27th October, the dhl tracking shows last seen 12th September. Punkcase is not getting back to me promptly, and simply forward me a link to dhl tracking, when I asked for a refund. What kind of customer service is this. Refund me my goddamn money punkcase
I ordered 2 phone cases and only 1 came in. I tried to reach out to punkcase via email and calling but they ignore me. I DO NOT recommend ordering from this company. They do not care about their customers and will ignore you if you have issues with your order.
Ordered a case for $40 for a Samsung s9+. Got it right on time but the case is flawed as the portal for wired charging is out of line with phone. Wrote 2xs no response. Don't waste your money!
Ordered 2 cases but only one arrived. Have emailled Punk Case to advise but have had no response. Cannot recommend this company - no communication or response and misleading information. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Owned my case for about an hour before knocking it off my desk the chinesium plastic on the back instantly separated now my phone can't even stay in the case because there's nothing to hold it in, the worst case I have ever owned. To be honest a fake Chinese case would be higher quality and they would probably have better customer support. Please boycott this company. Thanks

I had to consistently call and email to finally get though to customer service. In the end they end up resending me a a product I TOLD them was not compatible with my iPhone! For some reason the case audiojack portal was not large enough for different models of plugins, and so I can't even enjoy the standard function of using my earbuds with my device because of this stupid case! Worst investment of money.
I have two replacement iphone7 battery cases Becareful as the battery will malfunction within one week then destroy your iPhone battery. I order 2 cases for me and my husband, the order never had expected delivery date, next day I got tracking number but after they took over 10 days the tracking number stills had nothing show up. Then I contacted customer service they said the case are MAKING AND IN PROCESS. WHAT?
Really? The cases not even make yet but they took my money 10 days ago, then I ask to return since not even ship yet, they reply ONCE asking me for order number, I provide order number and they actually remove my tracking number and disappear forever.
So until now over 1 month, money still never returned, no one ever reply to me even I sent like 5 emails. So they just took my money and disappear on me.
I try to find them on Facebook messenger they and as most professional way I explain them my situations bc they seem like answer every one there. They blocked me and remove every single comment on their Facebook page.
They are 100% scam, they just steal my money and never sent product. So frustrated and waist of my time.
I just want to let every single person want to buy from them dont support them and be careful.
I have not received an invoice for this purchase. I do not even have an order number! Punkcase is not answering their phones nor are they responding to emails. Upon further research there are literally hundreds of negative reviews posted in the last 60 days about the company not sending products for months and no responses to emails or voice messages. Punkcase should stop selling items they do not have or cannot obtain. Covid is NO excuse for taking someones money and not responding to customers concerns. Shut it down until you can handle the demand once again. Ship my item or cancel my order if it isn't available.
Ii ordered two cases June 14,2020, one case came a few weeks later but t was the wrong one I contacted the company and they said they would send a discount coupon, but I never received it. It is now Sept. 7 I have never received the other case, many emails sent only a few answered with a preset message. The tracking number does not wok and they do NOTHING. I would like to rate this company as a -10. STAY AWAY
I ordered a phone case about 6 weeks ago from punk case. We never received the case and the shipping number we were given is a dead end. When you try using the tracking it now says its unavailable. I have emailed multiple times with only one response back asking for order number. We supplied ordered number and have emailed asking for refund with nothing.
Don't do it! They will take your money and not supply the case! No communication, just nothing. Paid $100 for 3 x cases, received only only one case. Despite countless emails, I have never received them.
Ordered two cases from AU website. Over a month later, one turns up - not what I ordered, but a disgusting fluro green colour - never received the other one. I've emailed them 10 times. They have replied twice - in poor English and a deceptive manner. I will never see my money back from this 'purchase'. Gave them one star because you have to choose something, but NO STARS.
Don't order unless you want defective or the wrong case sent done ordered several cases got the wrong one 2 before getting the right one but had to pay for each one until i sent and paid to send the 2 wrong ones back then bought 3 more 2 for note 10 plus 1 for s9 plus got the s9 plus other 2 says delivered but never got them? Punkcase is a joke but the metal one i did finally get are nice cases if you can get it

I ordered an iPhone 6 Plus Waterproof Case for my husband in good faith from Punk Cases.
The phone case did not live up to its description. The case blocked part of the camera, distorted the users voice and certainly was not a snug/tight fit.
After finally receiving a response they advised me that they do not supply returns labels but if I seal the envelope, write return to sender on the envelope and pop into a post box that should allow it to get back to them. I felt uncomfortable doing this and so I asked at the post office if the advice was correct. It wasn't and would cost me £5.30 to return.
When I emailed Punk Cases they waffled on about shipping costs etc and after emailing them again and again and again even with photos asking for a refund for both the case and the postage they are completely ignoring me.
Rubbish company. I learned the hard way!
Ordered 2 cases. A samsung S20 in teal and a samsung S8 in purple. Order arrived a week later than indicated making it a 2 week delivery instead of one. The S20 arrived in purple and the S8 was white. The plastic screen protector looks hokie and not to the standard we expected. I won't order from punk case again. We are going to use them because I don't want to go through the hassle of a return since their shipping took so long and we need to protect our phones. Hopefully the cases will. Dissatisfied!
I ordered a purple case off of their website and they sent me a white case that did not fit the phone, it was defective. I emailed them 3 times and got no response. I decided to submit a message on their website to which they replied and asked me for photos of the item I received. I promptly sent them photos of the defective and wrong coloured item to which they never replied. It has been almost 2 months and I sent them a message again today, but I do not have high hopes to have this resolved. For a $60+ dollar item you would think their customer service would be better. BUYER BEWARE.
I orderd a blue case for my s9+. I waited ages for it to come and it was a red case for an s9. Clearly they are morons or crooked. I have orderd from them once before and they sent the wrong size case, i assumed this was my fault somehow and gave them benefit of doubt. I am certain there 5* reviews are paid for or fake... avoid at all cost and don't waste your time.
I had to wait 2 weeks for my case to arrive and when it finally did it was the wrong colour! Upon contacting the customer service team they just apologised and ignored the fact that I requested the colour I paid for be sent to me or I get refund of my money as what they sent me wasn't what I had ordered. Still waiting for a response for them to rectify this!
Also if you live in the UK you will be charged an additional 13.99 customs fee which they don't let you know when you are ordering the product!
Answer: Scam! They break international consumer regulations with their shipping and returns policies. They do not provide information required at point of sale, and refuse refunds.
Answer: In Australia I have used Aus Power Banks and been very happy.
Answer: Save yourself the hassle, they won't refund or cancel your order, they are an unethical company that take pride in ripping people off. Buy elsewhere.
