DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY DIRECTLY! I made the mistake of ordering from this company from the UK not realising they are based in New York! They ripped me off by sending by far a lesser quality phone case and wrong colour to what I ordered! All they could offer me was a 20% discount or a full refund if returning. AT MY EXPENSE FROM THE UK TO USA! SO WRONG! Disgusting customer service as well. I want at least my 20% off!
Fit is bad, the screen ripples and scratches easily making typing dif. It let's in water, dust and grit. I spent more on this case than I have the last 5 cases and this is the worst by a long way AVOID AVOID AVOID!
So so so happy to worry less yet have a beautiful and sleek case! I expected what everyone expects with a protective case- but this is gorgeous and very minimal it looks like there's no case at all. Website has a lot of selection but I love what I chose because it's teal AND shows the phone through it. It came in a beautiful color only 4 days after purchase, great packaging with instructions for optimal use and cleaning cloth and wristband included! I'm blown away that this could be so functional and still waterproof and protective as I am an outdoors girl, beach and lake addict, my lifestyle is very busy, I work in a restaurant and do a lot of cleaning at home and so keeping my phone dry and clean before finding a good case like this has been very time consuming and stressful. This one types better than my phone did alone I'm so serious- touch sensitive screen. I will buy one more of these as a back up and some for my brother and parents so they can enjoy these benefits also and take it on vacation use it in water/ beaches and have fun.
I assumed Punkcase was a reputable dealer...I was wrong! I bought a new Galaxy S23 Ultra, and was excited to put a nice Magsafe case on it. Look what they sent me!
They would not respond to my requests for a refund, but PayPal got it done.
The overall appearance of the product seems cheaply made and put together. I would rather spend a couple extra dollars on something that had seemed more protective.
Customer service is a joke
Review by Anonymous UserI purchased a case in Feb, they charged me immediately. 10 weeks later no package so I tried to contact. Someone got back to me 1 time telling me pleade allow more time for international shipping. Then I had to email every couple of days in hopes to get someone to answer my email. When they finally respond 14 weeks later ordering it's "we will assume your package has not been delivered" to which they offered me a refund. Ever since every " 5-10 business days" I email to let them know and everything a generic response of "your money has been deposited please allow 5-10 business days to reflect back in your account.
Needless to say, I'm still waiting for my refund, still no sign of any package, same generic emails that do not help, and since they sent me an apparently pretentious email after my order that said "YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT...but I have since week 10."
I went to punkcase to purchase a case for my Huawei phone. However, after checkout, adverts popped up for punkcase own-brand products. The adverts were extremely confusing which several 'buy now' buttons on the same page. Unfortunately, due to the purposeful confusing layout I clicked on the buy now button which INSTANTANEOUSLY purchased the item. I immediately contacted punkcase via email and message board, however, I have only recieved automated messages. I am now in the situation where I have a $42 punkcase speaker I DO NOT WANT and no phone case, as it has not arrived. I have tried calling the company several times but nobody has answered.
I will never again use such a company.

I would put negative 5 stars if i could. I bought a case from PunkCase. It was the wrong color and it came broken. They would not return it, but offered %20 off the broken case and said i could keep it...
HORRIBLE customer service, no response via email/phone. Got a tracking number, but no case. All I got was an "en route" status. Left several messages, and sent several emails. Do not waste your time, as far as I'm concerned this is a bogus site, and the people behind will take your money, without any hesitation. Hopefully I can get my money back.

Sent the wrong item and have been entirely unhelpful about refunds and returns. A company based in the USA using a co.uk domain name, making returns very tricky.
Firstly I thought I had ordered from a UK based company as it stated it would be delivered within 3-5 working days. Then I check the tracking and it's coming from the US. Over 2 weeks later and the item still hasn't arrived at the DHL distribution centre in the US. I'm sorry but it doesn't take that long to get items sent to DHL for shipping. I'm now thinking that this is a scam company. I'm going to try and get a refund but I'm not holding my breath. Please don't make my mistake and do not order from this company.
I have been calling, emailing and chatting. No luck. Since November 2022 I been waiting for my order. No one helps. BEWARE this people don't care
Previous order were never a problem.
Took 6 weeks to arrive and they sent the wrong case. Then Punkcase wouldn't refund the money without me sending it back and paying for shipping from NZ (which was going to cost $78NZD) which would've cost more than what I paid for the case. Got no reply from my latest email that I sent. Very poor customer service and wouldn't recommend at all. Bad quality case too.
Worst company ever
I bought twice from them & both times they send me the wrong items. First time they send me the wrong item after 2 month & gave me 10% discount which i accepted to avoid another wait. Second time also received the wrong item after more than 2 months, but this time i refused the discount & asked for a full refund. After 3 months now i did not get the refund nor the exchange for the right item.
My advice don't buy from them.
Took a long time to receive. They sent the wrong case and expected me to pay to send it back. Also, with the case on my phone couldn't read biometrics or voice commands. Never again will I deal with this company. Case seems cheap for what it cost.
Order two cases from 'punkcase NZ' and it took over 6 weeks for them to arrive! On arrival only one case was there. Tred to contact to ask about missing case, received an automated message with no ability to respond. Quite possibly the worst company I have dealt with in a long while.
I'll start with, possibly, the only one thing that as yet, as far as I know is going well. That is the water and dust proofing. Working in construction, my phone gets very dirty on the surface and I can literally wash it under the tap due to the case.
Now. Let's get to the nitty gritty.
At no point does the website, who sold it in £ sterling, say that the item is coming from New York, USA nor does it say delivery time will be 5 weeks.
Opening the box, you will be greeted by the thinnest cheapest, most underwhelming, two pieces of plastic you have ever wasted your money on. It feels flimsy and the screen protector feels like cling film.
The does provide a firm full enclosure of the phone, no doubt, to the extent that the mic is rendered useless and I have permanently wear AirPods in order to make and receive calls. That is 100% fact, I'm not even mildly exaggerating.
Back to the screen protector, that cheap rubbish plastic. Just from taking it in and out of my pocket, the scratches are very deep and noticeable. Even after taking my job into consideration, the visible marks are way more than I have encountered from other products. The glare is terrible, faceID barely works. It's taken a new phone and basically rendered key elements useless.
The case is trash, made from trash and trying to make anything you put in it, trash.
Do yourself a favour and keep looking because this isn't the case you want.
Answer: Scam! They break international consumer regulations with their shipping and returns policies. They do not provide information required at point of sale, and refuse refunds.
Answer: In Australia I have used Aus Power Banks and been very happy.
Answer: Save yourself the hassle, they won't refund or cancel your order, they are an unethical company that take pride in ripping people off. Buy elsewhere.
