I used Punchbowl to make invitations for my sister's surprise party and it was amazing! Quick to find what I needed, simple to navigate with awesome samples to guide you around the site and super easy to set up and send! What I really loved was that Punchbowl sent a reminder to everyone about the party a few days before AND I received an email about sending everyone a thank you note the day after(which I did!). I even got an email letting me know when the person saw the thank you note and showed me the replies as well! I can't thank you guys enough for such a wonderful website! I recommend it to everyone! I planned my child birthday on this which is free to use! Everyone got the invitations and any comments I made regarding the party. They found it super easy to use and my daughter got to choose her own invitation from the templates they have. I highly recommend to use this for a celebration you have coming up :)

I use this for Bible Study, Bunco, Gourd interest group meetings, and much more. People can say yes or no fast and send you a private message directly from the email. You can set up a reminder about the event and even a thank you after the event.
Once you've set up a group of people, you can copy the invitation and change the card or photo. No more typing in names to send an invitation.
I love including photos of the current Bible Study book and gourd projects. Their customer service is good too.
I was working on invitations and i filled everything out and it gave no indication that i would need to pay for anything, but, after i pressed send and worked on it for a really long time it said i would need to pay for the premium membership! Rude rude rude

Using Punchbowl was super easy and very convenient. There were many different styles of invitations to choose from, and they all were very cute! It was so easy to create and use the app, and i really like the "remind" feature that sends a reminder for the event.
I have had such a great time for 3-4 organizations and my family creating cards and invites for our fun times. I find it easy and creative and have been able to enhance activities (Harry Potter trip for family, bingo party for friend's, birthday trip for 80-yr-old friends travel trip.) When I have an occasional problem, I contact Punchbowl and they kindly help.
We were able to send out invitations virtually with a detailed description of the Halloween events on the card. All of the activities were outdoors spread out over a weekend. We unfortunately had to made adjustments on the second day due to rain. Punchbowl allowed us to send notifications easily and fast to notify our guests of the changes. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to our friends. Thank you.

I was searching other sites that provide the same service but was very limited with design choices and fonts. I had a birthday party for my daughter at Chuck E Cheese and the invitation was done by Punchbowl. The Punchbowl app was awesome! All I had to do was fill in the party information & select a background to send the invitations. Then my guests accepted or declined the invitation with a chart for me. This program was so very simple to use, effective in that I could design exactly what the invitation said and there are plenty of templates to choose from. The cost was minimal to sign up for a year and I would highly recommend this to anyone. I had a fun night gathering with a chef to teach us how to make some appetizers. Just invited some friends that I needed to spend some time with... it was great event, great invites to confirm numbers and great followup thankyou for attending.
I keep getting charged and I didn't even sign up for a membership. What gives? And there is no phone number listed to talk to a real person. I would like to report this company to The Better Business Bureau.
