Love this program. I've used it on a few occasions and it's really useful to create, notify and track for your events. Everything is done for you and I like that the App will send our notification/reminders a few days before just in case folks forget. Love it!
I use Punchbowl annually for office Christmas planning. It offers a wide variety of designs and allow you to have your attendees bring guests. You get an accurate count of those attending as well as the ability to set a reminder to those who replied yes. Great tool.
We use Punchbowl for every larger gathering! They have so many options and the graphics are displayed so well. Tracking RSVP's and sending announcements is so easy. I also love that you can forward to a group and have people add their own emails if you don't already have them. I had to do this recently for a work party.
They cancelled the invitation i worked on for my 7 year old's birthday without telling me why. The party is in 5 days. I was wondering why i didn't hear back from the parents. My son is at school now. He is going to be so heartbroken if no one shows up because of the very little notice the parents have when i create a new one. I will never use Punchbowl again. They are HORRIBLE PEOPLE to do this to a 7 year old!
Searched for a quick way to get invites out online and saw a few offered. Checked out Punchbowl and was impressed with what they had to offer and great designs to choose from. The ease of design, editing and sending invites to guest was fun to do. When I sent the invite to my daughter, she was also impressed and said that some of her friends had also used Punchbowl and like it as well. Anyone who would be looking for a place to send online invites should check out Punchbowl.
Planned a small party and used the Punchbowl app to send invitations... it was great to review the number of rsvp and to get notifications for who has reviewed the invite, among other great features... will definitely use again
Love punchbowl! A lot of themes and choices. Very easy to use. Sends reminder emails/texts. Makes people think that you put a lot of time and effort into this but in reality it only took a couple minutes to set everything up. Its great.
Used this app for a baptism. App was very easy to navigate super user friendly. After event was over Punchbowl even suggested to send out thank you cards using the existing guest list. Very happy and ready to use again.
Punchbowl provides a quick and easy way to send cards! I didn't have to go to the store to buy a card and purchase a gift, search for boxes and stamps, and mail it out. I could simply add in an e-gift card! I've used it for a baby shower gift, birthday invitation, Administrative Assistant's Day gift, and thank you cards. My recipients were surprised, impressed, and thankful!
The only recommendation I have is for them to provide additional gift options, such as cash (connecting to PayPal, Venmo, etc. and other businesses, not just Amazon).
Love the animated opening of the envelope. Design is clean and simple which allows all of the important information to be seen clearly! Invitations were sent easily and I could track to see who opened it... afterwards a reminder to send a Thank You was very helpful!
They have her spend her time under the impression that the service is free with ads until she hit "send invitation". That's when you find out that all your time has been wasted if you don't join a minimum $6.99/month program. Sure, you can cancel anytime, blah blah blah - but they can f*- off as far as I'm concerned with that type of tactic.

Sending e-cards with Punchbowl has been a blessing. Very easy to use and a pretty good assortment of resources to choose from which stay free. I had a slight issue about a year ago (totally me) and was able to get a representative to assist in resolving my concern in a timely fashion. I do know that I was very appreciative for the immediate response.
I'm a paid subscriber to the basic plan and I can say, my experience over the past 2 years has been good.
The "monthly fee" will be charged a yearly amount, right up front, without them clearly marking it so. Then they're still going to include ads and will cap you at 50 people unless you upgrade to a higher amount. Disputing with the bank.

I downloaded the app for my child's 1st birthday party and ended up upgrading to the full version, which I'm sure I'll use throughout the year. Easy to use and lots of great features. Customer service was VERY responsive, even around the holidays.
It's a great site for quick and easy party planning. Punchbowl invites are easy to edit and they have tons of options for kids birthday parties. We used a Descendants design for my daughter's birthday party and it was perfect. Site is very user friendly and I really liked was all the different birthday themes they have to choose from. I needed some help adding contacts from my phone, but I reached out to their help email and they walked me through the process. Thanks Punchbowl!
The greeting cards are super cool and gorgeous; not a single recipient said they couldn't open *(i sent 1400 and 865 were opened). The service team replies immediately and is helpful in every single way
My daughter's 6th birthday was planned and e-invitations were sent via Punchbowl. After the event, thank you cards were also a lovely feature which was highly appreciated by many. I liked the themes for e-invitations too. Lovely work guys!
I was extremely happy with the text invite made so much easier for me and family and friends and loved the dashboard option allowed me to keep track of all my guests also allowed me to make special announcements when needed...
I used Punchbowl to send invitations for my 8 year old's birthday. I love that there were character invitations and I actually got for Frozen and her party theme was Frozen. The ability for recipients to respond, add the number of guests who will be attending and of course being able to receive the feedback via email made it really easy for me to plan for the actual number of attendees. This is a wonderful tool
Punch bowl has become my go to invitation software. It's easy to use, lots of great features (like the pot luck option which is awesome) and the ads are minimal. Really like the mobile app as well as I'm up to date when out and about...
