Pugster do have a variety of beads and bracelets but the worst thing is the wait time. It takes forever to ship an item even though u pay for first class USPS. N oh yeah, they have attitude problem. I have emailed them several times asking about shipment and they reply "we cannot send it before this date, u want to cancel?" I m never ordering from them again. Such a waste of time.
I don't know what Nim M issue is. I hate it when people write a negative review but they don't fully read what their purchasing. If you read their product description page, each item shows an estimated handling time. I've purchased a custom necklace, the disclaimer shows a 2 week handling period and the order was received as they estimated. The necklace was so much prettier than expected. I ;d recommend all my friends and family to Pugster.com.
Order took 20 days to ship, will arrive after Christmas. When i pointed out I was displeased they said... there is a disclaimer saying that it could take forever for your item to ship. - Awesome. So first and last purchase from Pugster. I would have been happy to pay overnight shipping to have my item in time for Christmas, I just didn't know it would take 20 days to ship.
