Politely and efficiently. Rene was very thorough and even helped me lower my payment after a review of my payment history and years utilized at Public Storage. Based on this experience I would highly recommend Public Storage to my friends.

I am frankly shocked by the positive reviews here. Yes they have helpful on site people, but how relevant is that for a storage unit? They will increase your rent $50 (at least) every 6 months, and there is nothing you can do to stop it. I am currently paying $250 for a 5x5, and since I moved out of state I am a little screwed until I can get back there. The only solution they've provided me is to switch my unit to the unit literally next to it, and then I'll be able to pay my original $79. Horrible company policy, everyone in charge should be thrown in jail. DO NOT USE PUBLIC STORAGE

This company has 1/5 stars on BBB, 2 stars on Yelp and worse on others. I have no idea why this site is so astroturfed but there you go. Please read reviews elsewhere as well as here.

This company will allow people to file reservations with fraudulent information and when you contact them to get them to stop and explain an account has been filing fraudulent information they just shrug and say there's nothing they can do. Meanwhile they harass you over the reservations.

My name is Kenny and I have never tried in my life to rent a storage room before but the situation I have now I have to do it. So I ran to public storage last week to get some info and the manager there is so nice to answer all my question. This pass Monday I went to sign the contract and I meet their assistant her name is Danielle. A lady is pregnant and she is only girl on the counter and I have 3 customers in front of me but she handles everybody so professionally and she didn't make me feel like waiting for ages to done deal my lease with her. I'm writing this is trying to pass the message to all the new and old public storage customers. Are you appreciated the profficial service like this elsewhere? I do enjoy my service from there especially from Miss. Danielle

This is a very dishonest company. I have paid my bill on line, from the time I rented their unit. Until about six or eight months ago! All of a sudden my card was invalid, and had to call in the payment! That was a ten dollar fee! Then the same happened again. So, talked to a live agent, and that was a twenty dollar fee! When I called them out about it, they told me maybe the bank, or something wrong with the card! I told them nothing was wrong with the card! I had just paid some other bills! So, kept saying something wrong with the card! The agent put the card through and process the payment! As I told her, if it was the card, how did she process the payment! I think we know exactly what was going on here, as I told her! All those extra fees I paid

I want to thank Ms Keke for the understanding and updates of policy. Most of all I want to thank her for her smiling personality and kindness when ever she's here at work. No matter what that warm inviting smile is always present. Thanks for always being you.

Terrible customer service. I reserved it online and I stopped by to get my storage unit. The older lady was extremely rude telling me she left a voicemail and I would have to come back because she was to busy. I didn't mind coming back but the way she said it was ridiculous. I had the storage for 2 months and I was clearing my things out and informed the front office I did not need the unit anymore the lady told me I would owe $60 and would get a $20 refund but could not explain why I needed to pay except that, that is what I owe. Again, she was rude. It made no sense. I cancel online and do not have a balance. Be aware.

We needed a storage unit for our three bedroom house. Were selling and the home needs to be empty. We found Public Storage on Liberty Rd. In Boise (property #*******). It was very clean and well maintained. Toni, the office agent was very heplful and very professional. We were able to secure a unit that day and start moving into the unit that weekend. Toni helped me download the Public Storage app and I used it to open the gate without getting out of my truck. Public Storage in a great company and I would recommend them highly. Thank you Toni and Public Storage.

My name Cheryl Burchell and I wanted to take the time to write a review on the wonderful customer service experience i had at property#*******. I was going through a rough time, i just lost my home and my mom in the same week. I was looking for a storage and i happen to stop by this property and i met the most awesome representative ASHLEA. She was so attentive, she listens to my problems and delivered wonderful service as well. She made sure that I had the best rate and each time I go to make my monthly payments she always checking for a better rate for me... that's what I call going above and beyond for the customers. This young lady is always so pleasant with a big smile, I personally believe that she deserve two raise. Please take the time to recognize her as she is very valuable to your company.

Public Storage #******* in the Sheveport/Bossier City area provided an excellent experience thanks to Alexis Page. I only used the storage for 3 weeks while I closed on my new home. Alexis was very helpful and knowledgeable. She seemed to know everyone using the facility by sight, was very friendly, always smiled and made sure everyone had their concerns addressed. I would highly recommend this storage facility to everyone, as long as Alexis continues to work there.
