I put a hold on a unit on the Public Storage website, then tried to cancel online when I calculated the unit may be too small. I went to the facility (2401 BQE, Woodside Queens) to cancel in person. Ofir, the manager, offered to help me find and secure a unit that would better suit my needs - and helped me sort out the fees + pro rated charges that made no sense on the website. Everything worked out. Person to Person service, thanks to Ofir, sure beats an app.
Renee was fantastic! She was helpful, knowledgeable, and super nice to deal with. She answered all of my questions and was extremely accommodating. I would absolutely recommend her and Public Storage to anyone!

Candi at Public Storage #******* - Louetta Rd. In Houston, was very efficient and friendly. She even stayed open past office hours so that we could sign up. We will be taking our RV tonight to store it for the first time, so hopefully all will go well, but I'm confident that with Candi managing the property, we will be satisfied.

Public Storage bought the facility I had storage in and immediately raised rents.
I went to the facility to remove my items and move around the corner to another facility.
Katie at Public Storage was great. She mended a few emotional wounds and found a much better price for the storage unit.
Called Public Storage and right away I was helped with my Storage needs. Talked to someone Named Mariah. She was a really nice person to talk to and very helpful, she went over all the paper work, showed the storing unit. It is a very friendly environment. Would recommend renting a storage unit here anytime.
Mike was very helpful and accommodating. He stated that he would call to provide an update on a potential outside parking space that was coming available. He contacted the current renter and called me back before I was back home! Excellent service!
For first time, we need to put some of our household in storage. We selected The Public Storage on 880 South Pickett Street in Alexandria, VA. From our initial questions about getting a storage unit to assistance as we move in, the staff has been truly exceptional. Renee, William, and a third whose name I don't have, have been very professional, informative, and friendly. They couldn;t be better representatives for the Public Storage brand.
I called management and told them I would be out by weekend they said as long as I was out by the first would be okay! So I'm a first responder and they close gate at 9 pm which was a inconvenience! And I was totally moved out by the second which is Saturday and they said I still have to pay for the whole month for one day rental space!

We went here in to assess what was in my mother-in-law's storage unit after her passing and dealt with Anthony. He was the rudest most heartless douchebag I have ever dealt with. I wouldn't come here if somebody paid me to nor would I ever use them for storage facility due to the lack of compassion and professionalism that I received today. On top of which when asked 4 district manager information he gave false information which we verified with another facility.
I had a storage unit for seven years with Public Storage and the unit included a lot of furniture and items that I really treasure. Also, there were some valuable items included in the unit. When I finally got my furniture out of the storage facility, I was very impressed with how clean my unit was and how my furniture was taken care of for that many years. I would highly recommend Public Storage on Gunn Highway to everybody! Very good service and a high quality storage facility!
I was at the public storage today in Gaithersburg. Linda was Fantastic. She helped me find the right size unit and even gave me helpful suggestions on how to pack my stuff to get everything to fit. Couldn't recommend more.

I have a storage space at public storage and Janice works here she is so nice and helpful, the only thing I don't like is public storage cuts your lock off by a certain day if your not paid up, but its not the employees fault. Thank you lacretia love
