When I first did public storage it was affordable. Now I went from paying $90 to 200 within two years. For the smallest units. If you don't mind The increase this is the Best place for you. Just keep it in mind that every 12 months it increase. They don't tell you that when you get the unit.

My experience with Connie was a very good one. She was so pleasant and helpful, I immediately felt that I was in good hands and my storage experience would be a good one. This was my first experience with public storage and I was concerned about security, access and environmental issues. She took the time and patience to satisfy my concerns. She was helpful in managing space size and supplying the necessary packing materials..
The helpful staff (Shawn and Tiffany) did a great job taking care of all my storage needs. They made the process of renting a unit quick and easy. The carts are well maintained and easy to use. The facility was spotless and secure.

I had some storage in one of the garage units on the west side in Evansville IN and it got stuck and Renee' helped me get the door open and I really did appreciate it and everyone has been very very nice even if you forget your # they will give you a lil card that has it on there. *******

My experience with Diedra and Angie has been a refreshing time. Both of them are easy and helpful to work with. They go out of their way to be useful. They are courteous to the customers, which is something you don't see often.
I had a storage unit for 4 years. When I was able to remove my belongings, I did it in the middle of the month. I had verbally been told that I would only pay for the days of the month that I had used, and not pay for the days after my belongings had been removed. I wound up having to pay the entire month with no refund. They have been difficult to contact when I needed to call. I would definitely not recommend Public Storage for anyone. Horrible service- a rip off

I didn't actually rent from this location because I needed a unit closer to my home. However, Lainie was so nice and professional, that she almost persuaded me to rent there anyway. Very nice lady and excellent customer service, very willing to help.
I used this storage facility for over a year. I had an issue with my closing, so I had to move out on the 2nd instead of the 1st. They charged me for the entire month. Terrible policy and customer service was the opposite of helpful.
Very pleased working with Patricia at the Addison, Tx location #*******. She was helpful and knowledgeable concerning the size unit I needed, and made the effort to check for the $1 special since I had to obtain storage immediately.
I had two great experiences at public storage in Baltimore and in Atlanta. Adrian in Baltimore city next to the horseshoe casino was fabulous. Over the last couple of years she made use of the premises so easy. Her cheerful personality was the icing on the cake. In Atlanta I had the good fortune to work with Jacqueline who made my transition to my Atlanta retirement home and new storage facility a simple process. My initial experience with Public Storage was excellent due in most part to Cassi. Cassi is super friendly and knowledgeable. Not to mention her enthusiastic, go-getter attitude. I recommend Public Storage due to their safety measures including, their camera system, the new locking mechanism, they are gated and the fact that they have someone behind the scenes after hours monitoring any trespassers. I reserved a small unit and my price was confirmed. The manager called to confirm and said insurance was demanded at an additional cost. I cancelled, made a call to customer service with no response. I reserved a second time for the same price and supposedly no insurance necessary. I do not like to be lied to and I am concerned that I will be given the same insurance demands.

I have rented from other storage units in the past. I have beer had such warm welcoming perfessional service. I felt like I was part of her family. I would higher recommend this location of public storage.
Public beware! EXTRA FEES $20 to pay your bill...$50 if you are late and they cut your lock off and lock you out of your stuff. Two months late $300 for the smallest unit to get your things back before they steal them and sell them!
I loved my experience with Sally and Denise! Think they have are a great team. I reserved my unit the day before which was the last unit and they saved it for me which was amazing considering I had to reschedule my reserve time. Way to go Sally and Denise. Denise even drove me around to find my unit...
