Thank you Teri for helping with my questions I had and for all your help. You always go the extra mile for your customers and made a stressful situation much easier to get through! My only disappointment is that each time I have gotten a storage unit, they quote a rate, and shortly after I take it they raised the rate. It has happened several times.

This is my first time using Public Storage. The manager at the location Cortez Rd in Bradenton, FL was extremely courteous,, professional, and was a life saver. My husband and I had rented the smallest unit by mistake (over the phone(. When we'd taken our first load over to our unit, we were devastated. But Ron saved the day and quickly got us a bigger unit right then! Thank you Ron, and thank you Public Storage!
I was told I could rent from April 14 to May 14 and that is considered one month. It turns out their billing is on the first of the month so I paid expecting for that to be refunded to me which is what I was told.
Do you think I can get my $180 back they charged me? Nope. When I called the main phone number to get my money refunded to me, they told me I would've needed to move out by May 13. So they got to keep my cash because they rejected my claim. Completely dishonest. I will never rent from Public Storage again.
My husband and I visited property number ******* today (1/Great/2019) to rent a storage unit. This is a new property in Cypress, Texas. Eugenea was our customer service representative. She was very helpful, showed us a unit we were interested in, explained the whole process of renting a unit. Answered any questions we had. We rented a 10 x 10 unit.
So, our overall experience was wonderful. Great Customer Service, which is rare now a days.
I am going to be moving my stuff out of storage in the middle of the month, but guess what I still have to pay for the whole dang month!
I don't get a refund or anything! They get.my money for.the whole month and then rent it again and. Get. More. Money!
I had a locker with public storage in montreal for over 2 years, paid over 4000$, great place clean, well lit, BUT, I had a string of bad luck last year or so, surgery last summer, less work as a result (i'm an independant contractor), and have been behind in my payments for months, always managed to pay just in time, they ;d lock me out every 10th of every month, last month i didn't make it (march 2018), any guesses on my grace period before cutting open my lock and going to auction? Absolutely none, not even a day... you are thieves, plain and simple, we can see now this whole arrangement is designed to produce just this result, as often as possible... then they have the low life gall to try and collect you for the money you supposedly owe them for raping you... this is straight up theft, so be careful, be wary of all the niceties and smiles and happy greetings, cause they're sharks, and they have $#*!in sharp bloody teeth... $#*!ers...
I'm going through a horrible divorce from the dastardly Dave. The two young ladies working there had been through similar experiences, but were also helpful in just making me not only find what I needed, but feel that I was in a safe place, with someone that truly cared. Not just about my storage needs, but just me personally. I call that becoming best friends instantly. I've never laughed so much as I did with these two women in a long time. Needless to say, since then, when I've been there, everyone that is a customer that I have seen, always leaves there smiling. If they could bottle their entire staff, I would buy it every day. This place is a rip off. Rented a unit for 8 months and when I went to pick up my storage items, I found I had a break in. The ceiling was laying on my stuff and all my tools, stereo equipment and misc. Was gone. Lucky for me I bought their insurance. Wrong! Insurance through their "orange door" insurance company has done nothing and avoids calls. In my opinion both the storage unit and their insurance company are useless and running a scam. Stay away.
3yrs they have doubled our rate. We do not live in the state where we are storing so can not move to another place and they will not help with anything! They are taking advantage of everyone! What a scam they re making a lot of $ good for them but so sad for their customers.
I was at my public storage today and I had spoken to the lady who works in the office and I said can we get some rubber seals for the bottom of the doors of the storage units that we rent and she goes oh I put a work order in for that a long time ago my stuff has been there over 3 years it's all dirty dust
The staff at the Public Storage location ******* (1015 Gadd Rd, Hixson, TN) have always treated me with courtesy and professionalism. I am a returning customer and appreciate their courtesy and professional approach in doing business. Thanks to property manager Lisa for the informative assistance in my transferring to a larger unit. I also appreciate the cleanliness of the all the units I've rented.
Excellent service! The Service Clerk/Manager answered all of my questions! Ms Shana was very customer service friendly. She was experienced in ensuring that I received the best possible customer service care. If you have a training program, I would recommend you include her in part of the customer service part. Ms Shana has that authentic people to people relationship touch! She is a great Ambassador for your organization.
In the time I was a tenant, several years, rent was raised by $130. The Horn Lake facility had a rat infestation during my time there and, upon moving out, found that the rats had eaten into every box in m unit and had destroyed a lot of my things. The top of each unit is open so rats or other vermin can move from unit to unit. Additionally, there were rat droppings all over everything. After moving out, I was charged a $75 cleaning fee because they said there was a small sticky spot left behind on the floor. I wasn't going to leave a bad review even with the rat issue, but the cleaning charge has me seeing red. My rent was paid on-time every month. I had a 20x23 unit completely full. Loyalty means nothing to these people. I would seek your storage needs elsewhere. Save yourself a headache.
It was awesome experience, one of employees in Auburn, I think her name is 'Adrian' she have nice smile, so passion, kind and friendly, we are kind of not easy customer i know cuz i work in that service industry. I am definitely recommend more than any storage.

Moving is a tedious and overwhelming task, but becomes less difficult when having knowledgeable people assisting you in the process. When I walked into the Public Storage (Lake Buena Ventura) near my home, Lidia greeted my son and I with a big smile. She did not only answer all of my questions, but also provided suggestions, as well as solutions to some of my concerns. Her service and assistance allowed me to make a better decision when choosing my storage unit size and type. Lidia... Thank you so much for your excellent customer service!

Yes there is inflation but this company prides itself on booking online so they can have minimal staff. I took advantage of booking online to get a lower rate only for it to increase 26% just a few months later. The location I am at had alot of empty units so I would think they would want to retain their customers but when I contacted them. I was basically told to deal with the increase and that they are still competitively priced. That doesn't change thr fact I have to now come up with the extra $ within a month. I understand an increase might of been nessassary but 26% is alot to put on someone all at once.
I was very pleased with the service I received at public storage located in Pompano Beach, Florida by ADA. She was courteous, responsive and happy to help me. I would recommend this storage location to meet your storage needs.
Not only was the facility convenient and close to home but above all the staff made the storage experience even enjoyable. Wnen my husband past away Valarie helped me with very personal attention to take care of some difficult details with billing and finally moving out of the unit when it was necessary.
